Staff very helpful and professional it’s the cleanest hotel I have stayed in very comfortable and bonus got a late check out would definitely recommend and I would stay there again

Standard room, no shampoo, just a basic shower gel. No iron, standard tv channels not available.

Spacious room, very comfy, shower was great. The large windows have a great view towards the city.

An option for 3 beds in the room would have made this a 10. There was only one chair in the room that was very limiting.

The location and the room was very quiet.

No breakfast was served, due to some renovation, that was taking place.

Breakfast was not available at the time we stayed but we knew that already so wasn't a problem,the reception staff were very friendly and helpful,our room was small but very cosy and the bathroom was excellent

The only downside was that on our arrival there were 4 youths outside smoking weed,it didn't bother us too much but could be very unwelcoming to other guests

Stayed at the top of the hotel so the wifi was weak. It didn't matter much to me only staying the one night but they might just want to consider boosting the signal for those top rooms.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, great shower! And in an excellent location, £5 in an uber to the City Centre or a short walk to the nearest tram stop! Will definitely stay again.

The bed was quite hard so not the most comfortable nights sleep!

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is being refurbished, staff were helpful in suggesting options for dinner at local restaurants. Plenty of parking available in the grounds of the hotel.

I’m a regular at this hotel and I must say it’s such a great hotel the facilities are literally perfection always so clean and comfortable and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating really kind people! I would highly recommend this stay

The lack of a lift.

The room was recently refurbished and nice, clean and quiet. The hotel is a beautiful converted town house with car parking and close to the city centre.

Lots of parking on the premises. Room was clean and bright.

Not many places to eat round about. Had to walk into town.

it’s a beautiful Victorian house that converted into a modern hotel, room is spacious and just like the pictures showed. The location is great and no far from the city centre. shower is good and clean, water pressure is normal despite there was some renovation still going on in some of the rooms. got modern smart TV as well, so you can log on to your favourite streaming services.

As mentioned the hotel is still undergoing some renovations, so you can hear a tiny bit of the noise in the day time. but it didn’t really impact the quality of my rest
