Breakfast was not worth 400baht. The variety of food on display for an International hotel with the majority being International visitors was not good enough.

No reading material for the hotel guests in the nicely designed lobby area even though there were many sofas and seating areas. No English or International newspapers not even the local English newspaper the Bangkok Post or any magazine's. I had to call the cleaning staff to my room on arrival because the bath and shower area was not clean for which they apologized.

Booked for 3 rooms 1st room lock is broken and inside the room is very dirty, there ‘s a fingerprint on the mirror like they haven’t clean up the room yet. Another 2 rooms which is next to the first room is full of the smokes smell. So, I’ve contact the front desk and request for the new rooms. The staff took more than 15 mins to change the room for me with no apologize for this convenience. The new room I’ve got look clean but I after using the bathroom for only 1 time I’ve found that the bathroom is not ok at all, the sink valve is very hard to turn and the toilet can’t do the flush, it is very disappointed and disgusting to write that the water keep coming out from the toilet when I do the flushing. I have to again call to the staff and request for the new room but they said they will fix it and I can stay in this room. But I couldn’t accept this situation then only they give us the new room. No apologize from the hotel staff at all for the thing that happening during my stay. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very bad experience of the hotel services and the room condition, everything in the room is very old even the water tap in the bathroom which is very hard to turn and control. The only good point of this hotel is the service of bellman.

Personal car parking services is not good The service person at the front entrance does not proactive and doesn't know how to make impressive dialogue to customer The traffic signages in the parking building is not well designed and inconsistent Please do not use the white and black color for traffic signages It was difficult to see and make confusion

Subpar quality of food for a 5 star hotel

This hotel is definitely Grand, the lobby is fantastic, luxurious and at the same time comfortable and cosy. The room was very comfortable and quite large; well equipped and very comfortable. So was the bathroom. Whilst one can tell that the hotel is of a slightly older generation, there was never a feeling of shabbyness, on the contrary. We would have loved to stay longer. The breakfast buffet was a dream, very elaborate with both local AND extensive Western cuisine, simply Grand.

The ventilator in the bathroom was either absent or not working. This may have also been the cause of very slight onset of mould in ceteain shower corners , in an otherwise very clean and comfortable area.

Newly renovated. It seems like a 5 star hotel.

The shower didn't work the first night so I took a shower with cold water.

I liked everything. This place is definitely one of tbe best hotels in Nonthaburi for me.

Support from hotel staff was excellent.

Very comfortable room. The hotel is well-decorated. Staffs are very helpful.

The location maybe a bit far from attraction points.
