The view at 35 floor with have swimming pool

I book 1 week early at Booking.com. When i arrive at my room not achieve my expectation. Because on Sat i Saw got room with cheaper price but im booking with expensive. Booking.com need to look back the price on weekend diferent price when we book early.

the facilities and the location of the property are nice and strategic as it just aside with quill city mall

the cleanliness is totally negative zero. I don't know about the other room.. but mine is totally disgusting. they didn't change my bed as it got yellow stain more than 5 stains! and the room is extra small not like the picture

Very spacious for the price.

Water heater didn’t work, kitchen sink clogged, bedsheet stained. Waited almost 20minutes for the agent to supply the key during check in.

The facilities is good

We actually need to check in the room but suddenly after opened someone in has already in the room and we checked in the next room. The bed was dirty untill we asked to change the bedsheet. But still with hair around.

Room was comfortable , clean view was very nice friendly staff. Everything was good

I didn’t like that the unit smelt of sewerage, the mattress was so uncomfortable I had back pain after sleeping a full nights sleep, soap dispenser bottles were leaking out onto cabinets, there was only hand soap to use in the shower, not a single bottle of water left to utilise, only 1 half roll of toilet paper to use in each amenity. the staff couldn’t understand the local and/or the English speaking language so they were basically impossible to approach. one night I had the housekeeper knocking on my door asking to come in. I was attacked by management for having my purse stolen with my room card inside, was also charged a ridiculous about just to enter my room a $200 bond was also take. and only $50 was returned. it was definitely the worst stay I have stayed at and I’m a traveler. would definitely never stay there again and would not recommend anyone I know to stay there. I also ask booking.con review the location as it is a disgrace. might look pretty from the outside but stay a night and it’s putrid.
