Pas de parking. Une seule personne du personnel était agréable, le reste étaient désagréables. Les chambres étaient bruyantes, la clim ne fonctionnait pas ou à moitié. Il y avait des traces de sang sur la moquette. La literie grattait. De manière général c’était plus que viellaux.

4 ručnika na dvije osobe. Dobiju se novi svaka 3 dana iako nam je bilo potrebno već 2 dan, nismo dobili.

U čitavom hotelu je bio prisutan smrad.

Vegetáriánusként a családom nagyon elégedett volt a reggelivel és a hotel atmoszférájával. Remeg, hogy van parkingja.

The employees are so ridiculous and rude that after checking out of the hotel, while waiting for a taxi in the lobby, one of the employees (an old man) came and said that you are no longer a hotel guest, please leave the hotel. I told him that I was a hotel guest, that I had stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, that I had just checked out today, and that they could ask the receptionist if they wanted and confirm this. After speaking Croatian among themselves, they still told me that I had to leave the hotel and drove me crazy. Even though I turned to the girl at the reception and said "you remember me, don't you, I paid you", she said "yes, I think I remember your face", even though she knew that I was staying at the hotel, but she made the old man even more angry. And she even threatened to call the police. Then another employee came and instead of understanding the situation, he continued to talk nonsense, obsessed with my screaming. Then she apologized to me after I explained the situation somehow. I told him I didn't accept his apologies. I went out saying that I wanted to leave the ridiculous hotel as soon as possible. The old man came in while I was smoking a cigarette. He apologized. I responded with one word: leave me alone.

The whole Hotel experience was an amazing

Lokacija je dobra. Cijena odlična u usporedbi sa ostalim hotelima.

Bračni krevet je bio neudoban i mini bar prazan.

Old TV, old furniture, creaky cabinet. The light in the bathroom didn't turn on all the time due to poor contact, an ncomfortable bathroom.

I did not feel safe at my room. It was not a clean hotel and air-condition was broken. I was asked to pay extra fee in the end for city tax.

There was no air conditioning as advertised. The air conditioner was of 1972 totally useless. We spent half of the night in our car and returned to room at 3am when the night turned cool. When we complained to reception and asked for a different room, the gentleman said all the air conditioners are broken and out of use. The carpets were wet and dirty.

We arrived really late as we were traveling by car and the man at the reception was rude and spoke no english. Not a nice experience. Although the morning receptionist was very sweet!

U need a big renovation, carpet is dirty, washrooms are small, nothing was there, breakfast no pancakes, waffles, no toaster, there were 3 buses , we did not get any breakfast, what a shame. Who manages all this , surprised.

Small and dirty room, with very low bad and no additional pillows on request. TV very small with bad receipt and picture. Wi-Fi not working. Limited choice of the breakfast. There was no hot water.

The espreso was nice

First we didn't have heating in the room, next room didn't have electricity and in the last room no towels. We only had few hours to rest (3 to be exact) and we lost time in searching for suitable room. Also the wi fi was catastrophic.
