I liked my entire experience of my one stay. I also like that you employ so many young people.

lovely staff, beautiful location. Been coming since 1976. love the resort. Came down to celebrate my 70th birthday with my mother, sister, children and grandchildren.
booked thanksgiving dinner, yet we had no turkey. Had to stand in line and demand they give us the turkey we paid for. Other families joined me in standing and waiting. Rooms not complete, bathroom tubs dangerous, nothing to hold on to, easy to slip and fall. Had to ask for towels or toilet paper almost daily. Deck chairs old and about to break.

The location was really nice but its complicated getting around the island. . Shopping and restaurant selection was really nice but more expensive than expected.
Roads getting to the resort , parking fees that are so limited, access to the beaches were challenging and getting directions to other events and attractions on the island.

I liked the views and the staff was friendly
There is an 800 dollar incidental hold they want you to pay aside from the cost to actually stay there, which I found relatively high . In addition restaurants close a bit early , they close around 11. The food is pricey so make sure you bring at least 1000 cash or more to spend on the excursions along with the food.

Absolutely beautiful. Inside & Out. The location how it overlooks the water. The food was good. The men workers were very helpful & friendly. The front desk was very accommodating. I liked the free water bottles with the water station and the lavender spray for your pillow. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft.
The PRICE of everything. This hotel is expensive AF! I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni $18. I got a Lipton green tea for $7, Kids meal with 3 tenders, $14 for example. Oh and they automatically add gratuity to your EVERY bill!! 20% at that. (They should definitely disclose this on website) my cousin & I had to dispute charges on our account that weren’t ours, multiple times! The buffet food was very tasty however for the cost, they should have more options. $42 for lunch. $61 for dinner. $55 for brunch. Breakfast buffet was mediocre & the food was COLD!!!!!!! so was the brunch food. It didn’t take away from the taste though. Kudos to the chef.

Full of attitude. Especially the ones that work at Luna Mar. The team that was working from 8/11/2024-8/13/2024, we’re not welcoming at all. I walked up the bar, the bartender looked at me and continued doing what she was doing. After she was finished she looked up and said “can I help you”. I was baffled my her rudeness and lack of customer service. I was finding myself being overly nice to the women workers just so that they would at least be a tad bit nicer. But NO! Dana the hostess and Akima were okay. The girl in the fisherman’s reef cafe with the brace on her leg was very friendly. Kevion was cool.
The room seriously need some deep cleaning. Surface level cleaning isn’t enough. I used my Lysol
Wipes and some shampoo to clean out my bath tub because it had a black ring around it. (The first room). My first room AC was leaking badly so I had to switch rooms. My 2nd room had a stand up shower. The tile had stains and left over hair on it and the floor board was so dirty. The bathroom doors had little bugs crawling around it. It also had like yellowish mildew. I tried to scrub as much as possible off.

O serviço é péssimo! Os funcionários não são cordiais é mesmo quando reportamos algum problema, não temos a resposta esperada. Ficamos 3 dias no hotel e nosso quarto não foi limpo nenhuma vez!!! E nós fomos até a recepção avisando do ocorrido mais de uma vez e nada mudou.
No checkout, após contarmos o ocorrido a gerente, recebemos um desconto de 150 dólares que não aliviou o nosso desconforto…

Fabulous views great location top shelf resort. I’m sure you have a lot of bugs to work out just re-opening. Can’t believe it was seven years since the hurricane place looks better than it did seven years ago he did a great job with the renovation.
You should have a coffee bar in the lobby and having to go to the store and wait in line for a half hour to get a cuppa coffee that was probably our most frustrating thing you just want to have coffee and tea in the morning
