Check in - Before my travel I received all the information I needed and when I arrived it felt like I am going home. Location - it’s in the city center. Everything is close by. Downstairs there is a 24 hrs shop. There is exchange office also 3 minutes walk distance. Comfort - the bed was very comfortable and clean. For those you want to cook you have everything available. There is kettle, hair dryer and iron which I always need.

The payment - was not available through card. I had to exchange cash and also meet the owner. At the end we managed but made a little hassle for me. At least would be easier if I know all this the time I book so I plan ahead. Cleanliness - in general and the usual used places like bed, bathroom was clean. However when I wanted to drink some wine on the shelf the wine glasses were dirty and sticky. Definitely no one cleaned them from very long time. Amenities - was shampoo and shower gel available but something very cheap quality in a branded bottle. That was not nice. Better use no branded or named bottles with a shampoo sticker. Instead of showing this is what you have and when you use it realize it’s something super cheap and not nice smelled product. If I know that I would buy something from the supermarket. But I was already under shower… Taxi - well this is not the apartment’s fault. Before my travel I red that Uber is working in Kazakhstan but after I arrived I got to know that not anymore. There is a local app but you need local phone number to use. I had difficulty to ask someone on the street to call taxi for me in the middle of the night (due to my departure time) as a girl alone traveling was not comfy. Again if I know this I would better book a proper hotel for the same price and have help from the reception. This is just my personal experience.

The apartment has everything necessary for a good stay, is well organized and is a good place to work from. The owner communicated with me very well and was easy to follow the arrival instructions.

For me this wasn’t a problem, but you need to pay in cash, so be prepared.

It was really clean and the kitchen made it possible for us to cook some of our meals there. We requested to extend our stay multiple times, and the host obliged at every request and managed to find other apartments for us to stay in. We really appreciated it.

Very central and close to all basic amenities. Love that it had a washing machine. Very clean and super helpful host.

The bathroom needed some repairs for the shower.

The apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed our stay. There’s a big bedroom, bathroom and well equipped kitchen. They host is very helpful. The location is in the center.

I didn’t like the apartment. The whole house looks like a dorm. The window was open when we have arrived. But we had to close it to avoid insects and mosquitoes. And the room became smelly. It’s better to pay few grands more to get a nice place, rather than staying in tiny apartment in the dorm.
