La Calandria Madrid est une villa de 450 m² avec jardin et piscine privés, située dans la capitale.
Conçue pour accueillir plusieurs familles, cette maison dispose de 8 chambres, 5 salles de bain et 1 WC.
Le rez-de-chaussée est distribué dans un hall, un salon avec une bibliothèque et un canapé-lit (capacité pour 2 adultes). Un salon spacieux avec coin repas, un grand canapé avec méridienne; cheminée et Led TV 46 ". Cuisine complète, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, lave-linge. Espace petit déjeuner et TV.
Le premier étage de 250 m² dispose de 4 chambres doubles, dont une avec salle de bain. Tous très lumineux et spacieux.
Le deuxième étage se compose de 4 chambres simples, de 2 salles de bains, d'un salon avec canapé-lit, d'une télévision et d'une cuisine.
La maison est très lumineuse avec de grandes fenêtres et dispose de tous les appareils. Air conditionné et chauffage. WIFI haut débit. 3 téléviseurs répartis dans les chambres et la cuisine. La bibliothèque Salle à manger Chill Out Terrace Hamacs Gazon. Douche solaire dans la piscine. Air conditionné.
Le jardin a ses arbres fruitiers, palmiers, plantes et arbustes totalement biologiques. Un lierre dense entoure tout le jardin. BBQ La piscine est grande avec deux niveaux de profondeur et avec éclairage.
Le quartier est calme et résidentiel sans bruit malgré sa situation centrale. Vous pouvez vous garer dans la zone sans problème ni ticket horaire.
10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Peñagrande et 5 minutes des arrêts de bus qui mènent directement au centre (Plaza España, Callao, Moncloa, Puerta del Sol ...).
Il est parfaitement relié à l'aéroport de Barajas (Adolfo Suarez) à seulement 15 minutes en voiture.

My extended family planned a reunion in Madrid to coincide with my daughter’s semester abroad. There were 14 of us that stayed at Calandria Madrid and the house met our needs with space, bedrooms and bathrooms. The host and family were very responsive and helped us down to the smallest detail such as where the closest church was located. I would recommend!

Great space for a group of friends. Loved the communal space and pool. Everybody had their own room and the 3 levels worked really well giving everyone space to relax.

Jorge was great to work with, prop manager was more difficult to communicate/understand with. Property held up well to large family. Pool was hit with kids and adults. Could use some upgrading here/there. But family enjoyed the place.

We were a group of 7 girls visiting Madrid for a week - the villa was perfectly located to allow us to day trip in to the city, and the rest of the time we spent relaxing by the pool. The garden had the sun all day long which was wonderful. The facilities were of a high standard, with the kitchen kitted out with everything you could possibly need. As we were only 7, we managed to fit all of us on the 1st floor bedrooms, however a 2nd kitchen and more bedrooms/bathrooms were also available on the 2nd floor.
Would highly recommend Jorge's villa to other groups - thank you for a lovely week!

We were a group of 16 and had a lovely time here! We had enough rooms to sleep comfortable, and the pool outside was refreshing. The taxi to the centre of Madrid was about 20-25€ and a short drive, so perfect for us. Jorge was very friendly and easy to reach before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

We were a group of 12, an all girl group of mixed ages and had a great stay at the villa. Facilities were great, and the villa had a really nice atmosphere with plenty of bathrooms, seating areas and comfortable bedrooms. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of hand wash, toilet paper, as well as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets were provided. Some rooms and bathrooms are a little tired in decoration but everything was well maintained. The pool area was great for lounging and we were lucky enough to have lots of sunshine during our stay, which for a south facing garden was great!Travel into Madrid city is really easy with the nearby (10 min walk) metro called Penagrande, or Ubers which were cheaper than the local taxi service.Just before the metro are easily accessible shops, restaurants, banks, a bakery and mini supermarket. We ate at Ginos, which was really good and you can book online. Jorge was fantastic throughout the whole booking process as well as during our stay, and was really accomodating. Jorge recommended a great private chef which we booked for our final night dinner as well as a professional airport chauffeur service that we also used for a group ride into town on Saturday night.We will definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family, and hope we can return again in the near future!

We stayed for 4 nights to attend a family wedding and the villa comfortably accompdated 13 people. It is possible for more to stay but they would need to stay on the more than comfortable sofa beds in the 3 living rooms at the property. It would be hard for many more than 12 to eat around the same table outside but there are at least 3 dining areas not including the sofas on the rear patio area. There is a small supermarket, cafe and underground train station within a 15 minute walk so car is not essential. This villa gives the best of both worlds, good access to Madrid but with the benefits of being far enough away from the city centre to have the space and luxury of a pool. This was a perfect property for our needs and would book it again if needing to accommodate a large group in the future.

The home and host were lovely. However, the top 4 bedrooms were not shown for a reason. They are the size of a large closet and really only suitable for children up to 12 years old. The beds were twin size beds and not at all suitable for adults.
If you have 4 adults and 4 children, then this home would be a gem. If you are traveling with 8 adults, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

We stayed on Calle Miguel Aracil for the month of June. The house was perfect. We maxed out the house with 18 people a few of the days. The third floor was perfect for all of the kids. The two pull out sofas worked great as beds. What the pictures don't show is that every room has black out shades, so rooms that look like they don't have privacy are made private with the flick of your wrist. They can also be made to be pitch black if you would like them that way.
We used the pool every day. It was HOT in Madrid! The kitchen suited us well, and the grill was great for cooking large quantities of meat. The outdoor area is great for eating when it isn't scorchingly hot outside. The air-conditioning worked great on each floor, and we never had issues with hot water!
My favorite part of the house was that we had a tree full of ripe apricots to eat. There were cherries when we first arrived, and the plums and grapes were about to be ripe when we left.
The metro station is 1.1K away - about a 13-15 minute walk with our kids in tow. Uber and taxis arrive at the house within 5-10 minutes.
