Clean, spacious condo located in a quiet, safe, family neighborhood. There is plenty of space for four people. The beds are comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom are large. The kitchen has all you need for most situations. Everything is clean and well maintained. Handy to have the washer and dryer. Wifi is fast and stable. There are plenty of linens. There is ample parking in front of the building on a wide street. The community pool is one block (5 minutes) from the condo. The condo is located in a quiet, residential area with lots of trees. It's easy to get to get around with lots of stores within 10 minutes or less. The neighbourhood is walkable and good for runners. There is a Greenway nearby. If you like walking, you can walk to a couple of restaurants and one bar within 10 minutes. The communication with the owner was pleasant and smooth. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Apartment is nice and clean. Much bigger than we expected. Bed was comfy with soft linens. Kitchen well stocked with any tool or pan you could need. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds and squirrels. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and flexible. Will stay here again for next nascar race!

We stayed for a week in April while exploring the Charlotte area. The unit is in a nice quiet residential townhome community north of Charlotte. It is conveniently located to the shopping and restaurants in the Huntersville/Cornelius area, and access to "uptown" is not too difficult, although I-77 can be busy. Parking for the property is on the street but no problems there. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. It was well stocked though without soap or shampoo (not a big deal). All told, this is wonderful and highly recommended rental unit and we would happily book again.

I booked this condo to accommodate my elderly parents for a month and the condo met their needs well. It was clean, comfortable and well supplied with everything they needed. It is in a great location that felt very safe, was well manicured and had ample shopping nearby.

This was an excellent choice for us to stay at! The location was half a mile from our son's wedding venue and 10minutes from the hotel where the rest of our NY family was staying. We enjoyed the condo so much and we loved the serene, peacefulness of the patio in the evening! We definitely plan on booking another stay there in the future.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. It is nicely decorated and has everything you may need for a short or extended stay. It is close to great restaurants and is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.

The pictures does this place no justice. This place was so peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Quiet and HUGE SPACE the beds was so comfortable. This property worked perfectly for my husband and I and my mother to attend a family wedding in the area. The house was clean, provided everything we needed to be able to sleep well and have a little space to ourselves versus a hotel room while in the area. The area was beautiful for being able to take walks on well maintained trails and was convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay in it again if I ever need to return to the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, etc. Wanted to see if we would like to live in a condo! Other residents didn't seem to be noisy - talked to some in passing and all were very friendly. The only concern was parking as the visitor spot was always filled and we had to park on street which is probably okay - we are just accustomed to having our own driveway and garage. Overall, all was great.

The condo was perfect for our 2 week visit. It is equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable and felt like home. The location is excellent and close to the greenway which we used several times. And bonus on location it is only a few miles from our grandchildren. I will definitely be back.

Our family stayed at this neat and cozy apartment for 2 weeks while we transitioned / moved homes. It had everything we needed from a coffee maker to dishes to towels/linens. Eira was very helpful and easy to get a hold of when we had a question. We were very pleased with our overall stay and experience.
