Family friendly Townhouse by the Bay , private Beach & Pool , Negril
Une maison de ville moderne à aire ouverte offrant tout le confort des créatures de la maison. Cuisine de style européen avec buanderie sous le comptoir, 2 chambres au dernier étage - maître avec lit Super King et salle de bain complète avec douche de style baignoire et spa. 2ème chambre pour 2 personnes (ou jusqu'à 4 si vous partagez le lit double superposé). Cette deuxième chambre a sa propre salle de bain avec douche de style spa.
Pour votre confort, chaque chambre est équipée d'une unité A. C, il y a une autre unité en bas dans le salon. Comme alternative (éco) lorsqu'il ne fait pas trop chaud, il y a des ventilateurs de plafond avec éclairage intégré dans les chambres et des ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon.
Pour plus de commodité, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge sont disponibles. Les clients fournissent leur propre détergent.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec grille-pain, machine à café bouilloire et réfrigérateur-congélateur pleine longueur.
Le pont arrière est en construction et devrait être terminé en 2019

Wonderful property located in a pristine gated community of expats, vacationers and local business people.
Sheena’s communication was proactive and helped us get settled into the community easily and seamlessly.
There’s a small convenience store on site with drinks and snacks (cash only) nearby the very large community pool and picturesque private beach.
Everyone we met on property was personable and friendly.
Sheena’s house was well maintained with modern fixtures, comfy beds, smart tvs and air conditioning in main living spaces.
Perfect settings for a couple or small family to have an extended stay different from a hotel or resort experience, more intimate and private snd on your own.
We had long wanted to have this sort of experience. to compare the hotel vacationer lifestyle to something more similar to living on your own in jamaica for an extended stay.
We would absolutely recommend this property to those seeking a different experience from hotel style and especially for those considering a bigger move to extended stays or living in jamaica part of the year. You will be able to feel like more like a resident in a community such as this with the sense of independence that goes along with it.

We stayed here for 3 weeks this year and had a wonderful stay! Sheena was easy to work with and very accommodating and Ita was very welcoming and helpful! This became our home away from home and had all the amenities that we could ask for. The house was close to Negril if we needed groceries but also far enough away for privacy and relaxation. Very highly recommended!!!

This condo was minimally furnished. It is obvious that no-one really lives her very often. It was missing lights all over the condo. The washer leaked. It was also too far off the beaten path. If you stay here you need a car to get around. There was no information whatsoever there for us as far as where to go or how to get around or what restaurants to go to.

The house is in a nice complex but that's unfortunately all it had going for it.
It is true what you say with you get what you pay for.
The house was unclean and full of other people's stuff when we arrived. There is w missing light in every room and the bedrooms don't have any light at all. The cleaner advised us not to have all the air con on at the same time. Downstairs an ugly Stairs there had previously been an electrical fire. Not very reassuring. Not enough cutlery and played for the 5 people it's meant to cater for. These were replaced but again very cheap items .
We did actually leave the property for a week and return only for a few days to collect items as we didn't feel comfortable .
If your looking for budget then this is perfect but just know you get what you pay for .
Sheena was extremely helpful with everything I mentioned. Just not what I'm used too. Felt like I was being leant someone's home as a favour l not paying for a holiday home.

My stay at this townhouse was wonderful. Upon arrival to the country club the first thing I noticed was how clean and manicured the grounds were. The unit itself was also everything I imagined it to be; clean, modern and spacious! Everything is available for a complete and relaxing stay. The clubhouse is also close by which makes the walk to the pool and beach very accessible at any time of day.
Ita made sure we were comfortable before leaving and throughout booking Sheena was the best. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Negril!

We stayed at Little Bay Country Club in Sheena's townhouse for a week. The condo was clean, spacious and conveniently located (only steps from an awesome infinity pool and private beach). With a security guard at the front gate, we felt safe and secure. The guards were friendly and helped us get a cab to wherever we wanted to go. The condo included a nice big kitchen, a spacious main bedroom, several bathrooms and air conditioning, all of which contributed to a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The grounds were very well kept and the area was quiet and tranquil. The view of the sunset from the beach was amazing. We would recommend staying at this property and hope to visit again in the near future.
