Cette maison haut de gamme spacieuse vous donne votre propre piscine couverte privée ajoutée à une maison déjà fabuleuse.
Sandpiper d'Erica a les huit chambres, oui HUIT, situées sur un seul étage! Vous cherchez la maison parfaite pour votre réunion de famille ou vos retrouvailles, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Cette belle maison peut accueillir 24 personnes (K, K, K, K, Q & Q, Q, D & D, T & T, 2 SS).
Le bécasseau d'Erica est situé directement sur la côte du golfe. La seule chose entre vous et le golfe est la plage et, bien sûr, votre propre piscine couverte privée et le pont avant spacieux du golfe.
Les autres équipements comprennent DEUX réfrigérateurs, téléviseurs, lecteurs DVD, câble, Internet, 2 grands espaces de vie et un parking couvert. La salle de bain principale a un bain à remous. Plusieurs chambres ont accès au balcon.
Sandpiper d'Erica est une maison de huit chambres vraiment luxueuse avec toutes les commodités de luxe que vous attendez de nos maisons de vacances et de nombreuses surprises! Elle réserve rapidement même un an.
Le Sandpiper d'Erica, soit dit en passant, est juste à côté de ma maison Egret (6 chambres, également à un étage), donc si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace pour vous étendre, louez les deux (si l'un ou l'autre est même disponible ... ceux-ci vont vite!) .
Ne fumez pas s'il vous plaît, mais n'hésitez pas à manger beaucoup de crevettes, à vous prélasser au soleil et à passer un bon moment!
Renseignez-vous sur les tarifs des snowbirds pour l'hiver. Envolez-vous vers le sud et séjournez dans une de mes maisons!

House was great for our family. Tons of bedrooms and each had an en suite bathroom though some bathrooms and showers are fairly small so take that into consideration when deciding who sleeps where:) The house was well appointed though there is a bit of wear and tear. Nothing that hindered our enjoyment or wouldn’t be expected from a house being steadily rented. We loved the layout with the central kitchen and two separate sitting / living rooms. Location is fabulous and can’t be beat; the beach is nice and quiet. We had no problems at all during our stay and the check in process / emails made things very easy. We would recommend the house and the rental company.

It was wonderful trip! So many memories made. And the house was perfect, everyone could have some privacy when the needed and we loved the 2 living areas. We sure added more laughter into walls and ceilings. I am positive that you will be hearing from us again for another trip.
We did not have need to contact the local Mgt Co. So evidently they did good.... Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Loved the one level layout!!! Lots of room. The beach area was quiet and private. Hosts were caring and checked on us. Definitely would stay here again! A great experience all around!

We loved our stay at Erica's Sandpiper! This one story was surprisingly spacious, with an easy walk to the beach and large pool. Location is away from the crowded high rises, but close enough to anything you want to do in Gulf Shores. Would recommend!

The house layout is great for a big family. The location is perfect and the pool area was nice. We loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. It was clean at check-in. Suggestions would be new mattresses, new couches and tall chairs for the balcony.

It was a great week. We had four generations of our family there. We have been going to Gulf Shores as a family for 34 years. I think we have been renting this house for 11 or 12 years. Plan to go back next year. Thanks again and I hope you have a blessed day.

We absolutely loved Erica’s Sandpiper. The one story layout was great for some of the older family members to get around. The bedroom layout with each having its own bath was perfect. And there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had some great days out on the deck and easy walks to the beach, which is why we go. Even enough space for card games and puzzles. Definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay last summer. All of the upgrades were noticed and greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us with the lock issue. The people that fixed it were very friendly and responsive to the problem. Thank you! We will be back in 2025!

Our stay was perfect! Weather and water were beautiful all week and the house was perfect for our family! We have been renting houses in the Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores area for 30+ years now and Erica's Sandpiper is officially my favorite. The location and accommodations can't be beat! The new deck was great. We also enjoyed getting to sit on the deck and watch the wedding at the Egret this week. (We stayed at the Egret last year and moved to Erica's Sandpiper this year due to the wedding party having already booked the Egret for this year).
The house was very clean when we arrived and we did not have any issues arise during our stay so we did not have any contact with the management company. Love having all of the childproof gates on the porches and around the pool. This is especially helpful for containing my rambunctious 4 year old (we have a pool at home as well so we are always conscious of his whereabouts when outside, but the gates with locks that he can't open are a nice added peace of mind).
We will definitely be back to Erica's Sandpiper in the future! Due to some family health issues that have recently arisen, we are not able to pin down vacation dates/plans for next summer yet, but even if not next year, we will for sure be back!

What a wonderful time we had! It was such a great experience and everything was wonderful. Last September we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and of course we had a great party but felt we had to celebrate a little more! With a lot of planning we were able to come with a date that everyone could come. Your house was perfect for us! Enough beds and bathrooms to go around.

Great trip! The management company was awesome. They replaced the hinges on the back door and serviced one of the air units. Overall a fantastic trip. We accidentally left some clothes and they ran them down and sent them too! Thanks again for another great vacation!

You mentioned the Blue Angels, wow what a show. It felt like they were putting on a show just for west beach. Super cool!

Lots of space for all of us. All on one level, which was very nice. TWO living rooms, oh, and TWO refrigerators. Great location, with a wide open beach area. We had the best stay. Thank you!

Perfect location! From the moment we stepped on the property it was great! The location was perfect to spend time at the beach or go to the city and enjoy the sites. When things didn't work right, the management company came right away to address the issue. They were very cooperative and showed my friends and I lots of hospitality! I will definitely be renting here again!

Right on the beach. Beach sand is soft and white. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are quiet. Kitchen is well supplied with 2 refrigerators. Pool under house with lots of loungers. Perfect for our group of 17. Even had a high chair. Clean. Great communication with management company and owners. Would consider it again if we had a large group.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. We had an issue with 1 toilet (broken flusher) and it was quickly fixed. We had some brown water 1 day and the maintenance guy came quickly and told us it was due to something with the city pipes; it was only for a short time. We saw the pool guys a few times and they were always friendly. We enjoyed the cheese cake - thank you!

We had a great time! This was our first time renting a beach house as we normally rent multiple condos instead. We really enjoyed your property at Erica's Sandpiper! I've communicated some with Kaiser and they were great! We accidentally left a few items behind, first time doing that, and Ashley dropped off those items to UPS today to ship back to me. I was pleasantly surprised by this! All in all, we had a great overall experience!

We rented Erica's Sandpiper and The Egret for a week for a family vacation and wedding. They were both fantastic houses and surpassed our expectations! Everything was nice and clean, the views of the Gulf from the upper decks were breathtaking, and we even had wonderful views of dolphins from the upper decks at both houses! We would definitely stay at either of these houses again or even a different Bama Beach House. The owners were very easy to work with. The property management company was attentive. There was one issue getting the Gulf side door to open on Erica's Sandpiper. We reported it and someone came out right away to repair it.

You have a beautiful beach home! It was perfect for our family - we had a wonderful time. The Little's loved the pool - that was a nice treat! We tried to leave it as we found it.... The kitchen was nicely stocked. Two coffee makers was nice. This was our first family trip to Gulf Shores we hope to return again - we usually go to Mexico Beach but as you know most of the houses were destroyed in the storm. Your house is in a perfect area with not much traffic, very nice! Thank you for the use of your home.
