We really enjoyed this cute, clean and cozy house, in quiet neighborhood. Everything you could possibly need in kitchen, lots of extras in the house. Very convenient location to Sea World, H E B Plus grocery and many restaurants. We used the pool each day. Reached out to guest contact person with a few questions and response was immediate; very nice host. On our last night there we discovered the pool toys in storage chest. The chest had several inches of water still in it from previous renters. All together a great rental experience, would stay again. Karen

We were in town for our son's graduation from Basic Military Training in Lackland. This house was the best place to stay and relax as a family. The pool, jacuzzi and deck was where we spent most of our time and it was amazing! They had little things provided, like coffee, filters, laundry soap, hangers, towels, etc. It was nice because I didn't have to bring or go buy things like that. I couldn't get the dishwasher figured out and they sent someone to help! They were very easy to communicate with. It was worth every penny to stay here and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to just stay home and relax and enjoy time as a family.

Great rental. We had a long weekend here and it was wonderful! The pool and games kept the kids and adults entertained. It was as described in the listing and down the street from sea world. The owner provided everything we could possibly need and was very responsive with messages. Definitely recommend it for a week/weekend getaway.

First of all, this location was ideal in its proximity to Sea World. Secondly, after a day of exploring the sights of San Antonio, all members of our group enjoyed having access to a private hot tub & swimming pool. Although we didn’t personally meet, our host, John, continuously provided me with updates prior to & during our stay. If I had questions, he answered my text in an expeditious manner. Most importantly, the property was clean, well stocked with the basics, & our family felt safe at this location!

Couldn't have picked a better home with what we were looking for. Beautiful home with an awesome pool and backyard. Our original plans were to enjoy going to Fiesta Texas and Seaworld Aquatic Park. Well that was until we arrived and the kids jumped in the pool and the plans went into the trash. We enjoyed the pool and grilled through out our stay. I want to thank the Homeowner for such a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. I also want to thank the property manager for always answering questions and making sure everything was up to good standards. We did travel with pets which they enjoyed the home as well. We will definitely be back to San Antonio and that home is our home. Thank you.

The house was great. Exactly what the listing says. It is very close to Sea World. Only 25 minutes from downtown (Riverwalk and the Alamo). Communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive. My family had a great time.

We stayed over the thanksgiving weekend and had a great time. We had the pool heated and picked up a the whole works of a thanksgiving dinner from the HEB grocery store less than a mile away… it was a great time. Not every day you get to swim on thanksgiving.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend of fun at the property. Could not ask for a better October weekend of great weather and the kids enjoyed splashing in the pool. Our guest contacts were very helpful providing entry instructions prior to our arrival and their response to any of our requests and questions was done in a quick timeframe. It was a nice property and definitely a place I would recommend.

This location was amazing! It was literally 5 minutes from Sea World and about 15 minutes from Six Flags. Airport is maybe 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Tons of food spots nearby. Hosts were extremely communicative. Pool was great for my child and the house stayed cool all day. Definitely would stay here again!

Great house for family vacation with the kids. Close to Seaworld. Not far from Six flags. House has room to stretch out in. The best is the pool and backyard deck. Tired of getting out?…just come home and hang out by your own heated pool. Owners were amazing- A huge storm came though while we were there and the owners checked in on us to see if we needed anything-we thought they were so amazing and caring to do that. House is showing a bit of age but she is well cared for, well stocked and has a great lay out. Close to freeway.

house was not clean, grass not mowed, baseboard dirty, house had a bad odor, outlet in bathrooms did not work, outlet by Kitchen table not working. Water down dish soap, kitchen sponge old, cutting board old, too much to mention, not pleased with stay at all, left Saturday after one-night stay. :(

This place is perfect for a family or a couple of families, especially if you plan to visit Sea World. The house was really clean, had numerous nice updates, and was very comfortable. Host was very responsive.
It has a great kitchen and a fantastic deck, pool, and hot tub.
Less than 5 minutes to Sea World, which was a big bonus when we were exhausted after a big day there.

As grandparents we took grandkids saw it had a pool and requested a booking. Arrived kids saw how beautiful the property was and we had to talk them in to leaving and going to Sea World the reason for the trip. Easy access in and out. Minutes from anything you needed.made memories and if we visit sea world or the vicinity it will be are place to stay!

Our stay was wonderful at this property. Hosts, John and Eduardo, were very attentive and quick to answer questions or help with anything needed.
House- very clean and well maintained. The homes has everything you would need, from pots and pans in the kitchen to extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Plenty of space in the home too.
Pool/deck- The pool was very clean and a beautiful area. The yard is a good size. Easily play yard games and let the kids run around in. Nights on the deck were our favorite. The entire yard and pool area is lit up with solar lights. It is beautiful. We enjoyed many meals on the deck too.
Neighborhood/location- The neighborhood is quiet and a nice area. Minutes from groceries and other stores/restaurants. Seaworld Is just around the corner. An easy commute to downtown attractions.

A well appointed and very clean house, close to Seaworld. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for some home cooked meals. H‑E‑B plus is very close by, as well as several small restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. The back yard with the pool and hot tub was lovely. The communication with the owner was very timely and very clear. We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything you need. Plenty of space and the pool and hot tub were perfect after a hot day out around town. Kitchen furnished with everything needed for a meal at home. Hosts were quick to answer questions and address any concerns we had. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful home away from home! My husband and I are already talking about our next trip to this spot. Some of our favorite things included:
Space: We had 2 couples and 5 kids staying in the home and each (couple) had our own room and bathroom! Aside from that, the living room and dining room had plenty of seating options where we could hang out together and cook! The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans anything you could possibly think you would need they had it!
Pool: Don't sleep on this pool - it is STUNNING! As big as the pictures and just as nice as it looks! We spent the majority of our time here.
Cleanliness: The house was spotless when we arrived! You could tell from the moment that you walked in that it was a well-kept space. The smallest of details really made the difference (ex: specific towels for the pool vs. bathroom).
Location: This is central to many exciting things. There was an H-E-B about 3 minutes away, Seaworld was about 5 minutes away, and was only about 20ish minutes away from downtown San Antonio.
Host: Cant forget our wonderful host John! John was informative and a great communicator.
We were so happy with our visit and can't wait to come back again soon!
