I like the apparent effort put into making the space a home. Excellent facilities and just about everything one would need in a nice cozy space. Steps away from Pearson Park.

shower pressure is fine but I personally prefer perhaps just a bit stronger.

The host was amazing. The room was really nice. Little dust in areas but apart from that, everything was amazing! Room was comfy and well rounded. There was some snacks as well provided which was awesome. Would 100% recommend.

A very well designed studio flat. Very cionvenient for the Avenues area of Hull with plenty of local restaurants. bed comforatable, and lacking for nothing in the kitchen. Jon met me on arrival to show me the flat and hand over the keys - a very welcoming reception.

No negatives. Although finding the place first time is a little tricky.

The quiet area with no traffic noise. The kitchen with fridge and cooker which enabled us to prepare meals. The welcome and attentiveness of the host.

The host John was absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for us regarding places to go, places to ear etc. He has done a fantastic job turning the place into a cool and cosy place to stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was spotless throughout.... the unexpected welcome pack was also very thoughtful including milk, tea, coffee, cereals, snacks and many sauces. We will 100% be staying here again

The only thing we could pick as even a slight negative, being VERY PICKY, is the shower lacked pressure....

Jon the host has done a great job in making this place homely and seem more spacious than it is, but at the same time providing everything you need and more. Great value for money.

Jon had left us the most loveliest selection of breakfast items that we weren’t expecting at all. He had thought of everything.

Lovely little self contained unit and very private, have stayed before and loved it.

That we couldn't stay longer!!
