Location is in a quiet area but not far from Shinjuku station area and walkable to Meiji jingu.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but fine.

Great location. Very spacious twin bedroom with large bathroom. It had washing machine, stove top and microwave. Great for a long stay. Very clean and helpful staff.

No left. If you have large bags maybe ask for lower floors stay. The manager actually carried my bag for me which was great. Otherwise it was great

It was the perfect pad for a solo travel experience in Tokyo! Perfect location, reasonable walking distance to Shinjuku and extremely accessible to the train for getting to the rest of Tokyo, both airports etc. station is about 5 mins away (hatsudai). I enjoyed my stay so much that I returned after leaving Tokyo to explore other cities Kyoto & Yamaguchi - staff were so kind to care for my suitcases whilst I was away for no extra charge! Lots of desk space and good wifi for working travellers too! Downstairs cafe staff are so helpful and the food is amazing!

There are a few external stairs (and no lift) so it’s something to be mindful of if you have large / heavy luggage. Upon my return staff were so kind to place my luggage in my room for me which was extremely helpful and saved me having to do numerous trips up the stairs by myself!

なによりも、シャワーとトイレが別になっていることが最高でした。使用しませんでしたが、IHコンロと洗濯機もあって、数泊するならココだなと決めました。 清潔感もあり、快適に過ごすことができました！

無駄を削ぎ落としたシンプルな設備。お風呂が広く浴槽がある。広い余裕のあるスペース。洗濯機は今回は使わなかったが、長期滞在には便利。非接触のチェックイン、アウトはスムーズ。

階段のみで4階はきつかった。ツインの部屋だが、ベットがシングルで柵なし（壁沿いでもない）、割と高さがあるのですこし落ちそうで怖かった。 簡易キッチンはあるが、キッチン用具は全くないので、使い勝手がわからなかった。

Good location as it is near the bus stop as well as train station (about 500m away). The facilities are great. We were pleasantly surprised to see a big room enough to store our luggage AND actually move around the space. Most hotels we've stayed in Tokyo are much much smaller. On our first 2 days, we used the their biggest room but on our last day, we used the single room. All rooms are bigger than we expected. They also handled our luggages really well. Communicating with them has been a breeze. They replied promptly and were able to answer our concerns. They also gave us free drinking water and some biscuits. Toiletries, bathrobes, towels, hair dryers and laundry machine are readily available in the rooms! We felt like we were just in our condo back home. Checkin in the 3rd floor is a bit more stressful coz the tablet was malfunctioning, checkin in the 2nd floor instead. If you know how to read and type, you should not have any issues checking in. Overall, our stay has been awesome and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.

The tablet in the 3rd floor needs to be replaced.

Although I didn't utilise all of the facilities, they were at arms reach if I needed them. I was impressed how much they could fit in such a small area. You get your own personal bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and desk. All amenities included. They also have an amazing cafe on the ground floor. Great value. I would definitely recommend it. Only a couple stops away from shinjuku station

Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten von der Metro und Bus Linie aber sehr ruhig. Es hat ein tolles Kaffee im Souterrain. Man muss online einchecken oder vor Ort dann mit Hilfe. Was gut geklappt hat, aber auch der Kontaktlose Check in war gut gelöst. Viel Technik im Badezimmer 😜 mit eventuellen Sprachschwierigkeiten. Aber sehr großes Zimmer , mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank und einer Waschmaschine plus Waschmittel im Bad. Kein Schrank aber paar Ablageflächen. Wunderbare Bettdecke und tolles Kissen 1 Metrostation von Shinjuku und 2 zu Shibuya.

Nix aber ich möchte anmerken,dass das Bett sehr hart war. Wir waren im obersten Stock von drei Etagen, Treppe ist außerhalb des Hauses, also sollte man gut zu Fuß sein 😁

強いて言うなら浴槽があると嬉しかったです。

内装だけでなく小物やアメニティまで上質感があってよかった。また洗濯機・洗剤も付いており長期滞在にも向いてると思う。

入り口の場所や入り方が少し難しかったが特に不満はない。

Even though nearby train station, but not my preferred subway line. Travelling to my planned destinations become time consuming and need frequent transfer between different subway lines which increase expenditure as well

Nice design and with washing machine, microwave and induction stove in room. The cafe below have excellent pastry, brownie and coffee.

The pillow is too soft, the washing machine does not have hot air drying function.

The extra 3.000 yen + of "cleaning fee" on top of the booked value which they surprised me with when I happily entered their bakery. You're staying here? Yes - smiling me said imagining a 5% discount on baked goods for hotel guests. Can you pay now the cleaning fee? Imagine my disappointment. I was punished for entering their bakery. Should've gone to 7-11 instead. And extra cleaning fee for what? It's not like u had a shedding dirty farm dog with me or a drooling Saint Bernard but a small poodle. In that case it's not a dog hotel. Say it's extra pet fee. If I had known that the pet wasn't included in the booked price, I would have chosen another hotel. I chose this hotel for lowest price and only after booking they said 'there may be additional charges at the location. MAY be - I thought if they deem that your dog is shedding or drooling but no. MAY _ meaning if they catch you shopping at their bakery.

We had a lovely room that was self contained for cooking and washing machine. Get your Google translate ready for appliances within the room! Location was nice quiet area with its own charm, near National Opera. Easy 4 minute walk to local metro station to connect to other areas of Tokyo. Hotel cafe had delicious pastries and coffees etc. Staff always helpful. Thank you!

Check in was a bit challenging very late at night but staff member waited for our arrival to assist us, which was appreciated.
