Room spacious & clean. No breakfast option. Self-check-in so didn't see anyone else. Good value for money and a stone's throw from the prom.

Amazing value for money compared to other places in Aberystwyth. Really nice room with a large and comfy bed. Good sized en suite bathroom with a great shower.

There is no breakfast in this accommodation but that’s fine. Nice and clean very comfy and is only about 5min walk to the beach.

Clean and nice hotel, we enjoyed it very much. If we are in those parts we will stay there again.

Loved how clean and spacious it was. It was also a great location. The person running it was friendly.

The only thing that could have been better was to have slightly more comfortable bed, but I would say it was pretty standard when compared to other hotels/guest houses so not a huge issue.

Nice big room with a window seat. It was close to the end of the beach that was dog friendly and had a car park opposite which was very convenient. Also a nice touch was the dog biscuit jar in the foyer that my dog got to know well and wouldn’t go up to the room without a biscuit.

Fab location yards from the seafront. Easy free parking on a side street. Beautiful room. Spacious. Lovely comfortable bed. Great en-suite bathroom. Tastefully decorated. Lovely towels, complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits. Cannot fault it!

The property had a lovely family home feel, and the room was lovely and very spacious. I especially loved the armchairs overlooking the bay window to the sea! The room was very comfortable and very clean, and had a lovely selection of tea and coffee making products (lots of milk which was very appreciated for a two night stay!). There was an iron in the room which was perfect as we stayed for my boyfriends graduation. Communication with Gareth was great and he was very helpful. The location is perfect as it’s still in the town centre, but away from any noisy bars etc, so I would definitely recommend it! And just a stones throw from the beach. We will definitely stay again

a bit difficult to park your car

Easy check in (keys are waiting when you arrive), comfortable bed, nice shower, big room, clean, quiet. Off the main drag, but just a few minutes walk into town. Parking no issue; we were lucky enough to find free on-street parking nearby. Otherwise it's only £6/day for the car park directly opposite.

Pillows were a bit hard, but that's being nit-picky!, as everything else was spot on!

The lock box wouldn’t open when trying to return key. So key had to be left on the front desk.

Although breakfast was not included, there were Tea/Coffee facilities available in the room. The room was comfortable, clean and the location of the property met my needs.

The room was excellent. Check in was so easy and the building in itself is beautiful. The location was ideal for us as it is a walkable distance from town and the University.

Super easy check-in. Welsh taps in the bathroom (I need to know where you got them!). Quiet and convenient location. Very clean and smart. Super comfy beds. Generous tea-bag allocation. Would definitely stay here again and have already been recommending to friends. We saw dophins in the bay.

Can't think of anything that didin't meet or exceed my expectaions.
