Clean, great tea/coffee facilities, close to town. Easy check in. Bed was comfortable. We were in room 1 next to the front door, and worried that people would be noisy coming in but, although we could hear them, we were lucky to have considerate guests staying in the other rooms.
Very noisy due to pub nearby but quietened down. Closes at 1am.
Shower did not work. Was stuck on scalding hot so could not use it.
Kitchen is a shared kitchen which isn't clear in the description.

Beautifully decorated, everything was thought through from the guest's potential needs. It was truly a home from home.
Nothing!

clean room and in a great location!
4.2
Clean and comfortable- great communication with the owner. Excellent kitchen facilities,
A bit noisy at night as opposite a pub and also towels for the shower were ridiculously small - a bit bigger than hand towels.
4.2
Lovely clean room, close to town, fully equipped kitchen and dog friendly. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

The room was clean comfortable and had tea making facilities and necessary toiletries the communal kitchen had everything you could need to prepare a meal or make a drink this area was also very clean
Parking was an issue there is a car park near we were lucky to find a space in the next road
Also a suggestion that the en-suite could do with some hooks to hang the towels
description on our booking was Studio Apartment we were in Room 2 which certainly was not a studio apartment but being so close to the kitchen was fine. Just think the marketing needs rewording

it was a room only, location was excellent

As per my confirmation, I booked and paid for a self-contained unit. Upon arrival, it turned out that the 'entire apartment' was in fact a regular B&B room with access to a shared kitchen. Reading through all previous guest reviews, I'm not the first guest to 'experience' this. My complaint was rebuffed/ignored even though there was a vacant flat. Disappointing and frustrating experience, don't recommend at all.

The location was good, and the appartments were clean and well stocked.
Oh dear,we had booked this for one nights stay with friends so had 2 appt's,our friends on the ground floor as one had recently had a major op and would be convenient not to climb stairs.Although there room was clean and comfortable the windows were sealed shut and a fan provided which prooved unhelpful as it was noisy and the room too hot and stuffy .They resorted to leaving the door ajar to the hallway. In both appt's the shower was boiling hot and unuseable as it would not adjust thus resulting in having a wash in the sink. Our appt was noisy to the street so had to keep windows shut.
In all a very dissapointing stay in a lovely town,i'm not sure how anyone would survive in the very hot weather.
Perhaps a refund would be appropriate, what do you think?

Second time we've stayed here and we'll be back to stay again.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and in a great location to explore Aberystwyth. Beach, harbour and town all accessible.
Where the accommodation is situated is quite close to several pubs which meant it was quite noisy at night.
The shower was not very warm.
4.2
Neat, tidy and well fitted out. Almost in the middle of town -
Street parking only “1 hour - no return within an hour”
As on top floor, last bit of stairs very awkward, with rusk of banging head.
4.2
Great location! Close to beach and shops. Hotel is nice and cozy, with the kitchen and all necessities available. Room was clean and bigger than expected. If I'll be back in Aberystwyth, definitely staying here. Recommend!

Fantastic communication and a lovely host. We moved after 2 nights from the ground floor upstairs which was no trouble and Heather was very accommodating. Lovely and clean, centrally located and very well equipped.
Double bed too small and room hot though there is a fan and windows opened upstairs (didn't try on the ground floor for security reasons). Not the Host's fault we can't sleep in a double bed or that the room was warm.
4.2
The communal kitchen is very clean and well equipped. The bedroom was nicely decorated and very convenient to the town.
The bed was not particularly comfortable- probably needs a new mattress. The room was very small and no dressing table.
4.2
Very clean and excellent location. Perfect for what we needed!
Other occupiers didn’t always lock the front door, which could mean people off the street could enter the shared kitchen area.
4.2
Everything!
We loved all the facilities, bed was comfy, bedroom clean, shared kitchen which was spacious and well looked after. Tea, coffee & milk available.
All cooking / kitchen utensils provided!
Location is perfect! You can practically see the pier from the front door. So just a 2 minute walk down the hill to get there.
Close to everything - shops, cafes, pubs & st micheals castle for parking!
Wifi was excellent.
Parking was £10 for 3 days at st Michael’s church (2 minute walk)
Parking for 1 hour outside to unload your car first.
We cannot wait to return!
We brought our 2 dogs, and walked them to the castle for our short morning walks, plenty of grassy areas for dogs to run around off lead! And then the beaches and coastal walks for longer walks!
Nothing we didn’t like (except that we couldn’t stay longer)

Location good parking difficult but local church car park was reasonable

I need to mention that I'd booked this place for myself and my husband as it was listed and described as a studio apartment and labelled 'entire apartment' on all Booking.com details with photographs that are not of this room. When we discovered it was in fact just a small, ground floor double bedroom with ensuite we swapped with my son who I had booked into a studio elsewhere, so he stayed instead. Having said that It's a very nicely appointed room, albeit on the ground floor overlooking the pavement/road so noise can be an issue. Good double glazing though. Comfortable, compact and cosy hotel room. I've stayed in hotels and apartments throughout Aberystwyth and whilst it was nice enough it does not compare at this price-point to others due to its location and mis-representation as much as anything else.
As a compact hotel room it is perfectly nice. However, it was described, listed and booked as a studio. My original accommodation search was for self contained self catering accommodation and as such I would expect private facilities to include at least a kitchenette and maybe a seating area. This is a hotel room and a very small one so should be described as such. I'm not the first person the raise this so unsure why it's not been addressed.

central in Aberystwyth
parking at some distance; lots of drunk people outside at midnight and 4am

great room in a lovely property
I liked everything
4.2
Excellent property, clean and easy to find from directions
Door frames and ceilings were a bit low so cracked my head a few times (although I am 6’4”)

The room was very clean and there was plenty of storage. The bathroom was a good size and the standard of decor was high. Tea and coffee facilities were good, especially with refills really obtained from the kitchen. Whilst we only used the kitchen to make some porridge and store some milk, the facilities were good enough to eat in of we wanted. The location is excellent being only 10 mins (and that's walking slowly) from the railway station, seafront and city centre.
The mixer tap on the shower was faulty making the shower temperature almost unbearable. Decaf options would have been nice for the tea and coffee. The pub across the road was quite loud but I managed to sleep through without ear plugs (and I'm a light sleeper) so not that bad.
4.2
In a great location for town, water front and parking at St. Michael's church round the corner.
Flat had everything you need in terms of towels, shower gel, tea and coffee facilities, and top ups available from the kitchen.. plus controllable heat. WiFi available and no connection issues.
Some street noise from passing late night revellers, but this is outside control of the owner and didn't prevent us from booking again- this is our second visit. 😊
4.2
Location was very good, central and easily accessible
Instructions for getting in were very clear
Plenty of hot water
Beautifully decorated
Easy, free, overnight parking on the street outside
Use of the fully equipped kitchen was an extra bonus
Prefer bath sheets to towels

Well equipped shared kitchen. Room comfortable. Tea"offee milk provided. Nice touch with biscuits . Shower a little hot. Soap, spray, towels all provided. Great location.
Nothing really. Tv was a bit snell but perfectly adequate.
4.2
The apartment was immaculately clean & comfortable with ensuite bathroom - shower, shared kitchen facilities & only a short walk from the local car park.
Noisy students as the apartment is in a central location, although there is additional noise reducing internal windows fitted to deter some of the noise.
4.2
Very central in Aberystwyth. Extremely clean and well resourced. Tea making facilities in room. Bed comfy. the communal kitchen space was bright and airy. Heather the host is quick to respond to any queries.
The room was too hot and unable to get any ventilation.
4.2
It was a beautiful room and the facilities were great
