Great location in the historic center. Parked the car and walked 450meters. Nice breakfast. Big room.

The enormous suite was very tastefully furnished and we loved the courtyard in the front, where we had our lovely breakfast. Added bonus was the exceptional location.
Would like some screen/curtain, or something similar, for some privacy in the bathroom, as I was sharing with my daughter.
The hairdryer also didn't work properly - would stop after a minute as it overheated and then once cooled down would only work again.

Esperienza decisamente superlativa, la scelta della casa è stata perfetta, la vista sui Sassi non ha eguali. La casa pulitissima, grande con tutti i comfort, le tre stanze molto confortevoli ognuna con il proprio bagno personale. Anche la colazione è stata abbondante, in frigorifero abbiamo trovato succhi di frutta, vari tipi di yogurt, marmellate etc. e il mattino successivo abbiamo ricevuto direttamente a casa brioche, pane fresco e pezzi di focaccia farcita, insomma una bontà. La sig.ra Maria Luisa è stata molto disponibile e gentilissima a fornirci tutte le indicazioni utili a rendere il nostro soggiorno a Matera perfetto. La ringrazio davvero tanto.

Très bien localisé, appartement que je recommande, très joli et plein de charme. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
Le petit déjeuner était super et la personne qui nous a accueilli très sympathique.

The property and location were amazing.
The only downside to our stay. that the owners can’t control, was a dog that barked all night long. We did not get much sleep

Excelente apartamento, muy bien equipado y limpio. Ubicación ideal para nuestro interés turístico. En el mismo casco cultural y turístico. Bien recibidos y atendidos por el personal con rico desayuno.

Ho dovuto fare la doccia ghiacciata perché non arrivava acqua calda.
La signora del check-in (Rosalba) poco disponibile è alquanto scontrosa.

The location of the property is exceptional, as you’ll find yourself looking at the magnificent Matera Sassi old town as soon as you exit the property. The cave is quite big and spacious, with all the basic amenities. The breakfast is served in the morning in a basket, with a combination of fresh savory and sweet pastries.
Being in the old town, to get to the property one must navigate through a number of stairs. This is quite hectic, especially when you’re traveling with luggages. However, this is the characteristic of Matera Sassi, and to be in such a great location you have no option. Therefore it is not really a negative comment, but a heads up.

Ubytovanie je prekrasne, nevedeli sme sa cely interier vynadivat ani po par dnoch <3 Je tam vsetko - kavovar, mikrovlnka, cela kuchyna s jedalenskym stolom a stolickami, velka kupelna, krasna izba, paplon, co nebyva v Taliansku zvykom. Ranajky, ktore nam kazde rano priniesli - cerstve croissanty a pizza. Raňajkovať sa dá aj na priedomí/dvorčeku. V apartmane sme mali k dispozicii kapsulovy kavovar aj s kapsulami, male dzusy, jogurty, male masielka, male mlieko. Ked sme nieco potrebovali, doplnili nam to. Kurenie fungovalo bez problemov a skvele. Nasmu psikovi sa tam tiez pacilo :) Dalsim bonusom je vyhlad, ktory mate ked vyjdete z brany. Matera sa vam predstavi v celej krase.
Nevyhodou tohto ubytovania, v pripade, ze mate kocik je to, ze k nemu vedie pomerne vela schodov a parkovat sa v blizkosti neda. Ale da sa to zvladnut a stoji to za to!

Location is spectacular. 3 lovely bedrooms each with a modern bathroom makes it great when 6 people travelling together. Breakfast was great. Everything quite new and apartment very clean. Overall very good value for money.

The room was incredible and the place too, really close to the heart of the Matera historical center.
The host was extremely rude and noncooperative when handling the keys if felt she was the guest and not us.
Unfortunately, it influenced our review of the stay.
The air-conditioning was impossible to shut down.

Great Location, it is right in the heart of the old city. The view was amazing and the included breakfast was delicious.
The photos didn’t represent what we got. We booked thinking we were having a traditional ‘cave like’ experience as per images shown, however we were given a modern style apartment.
That said, it was very comfortable and had an amazing balcony view.

it’s a really cool experience to sleep in a cave. The interior was really beautiful and detail oriented. yes the toilet is in the same room, but your partner can go on the terrace when you need more privacy. The location is perfect and very quiet by night. breakfast was good.
You have to be aware that a cave is very humid and has a certain smell. Some fruit for Breakfast would have been nice.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which had 3 en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms was definitely worse that the others as it was a sofa bed room but that wasn’t a problem for us and my daughter said the sofa bed was very comfortable. The apartment was very spacious and beautiful and the view from two of the bedrooms balcony’s was incredible!
