Appartment ok with a very nice location

The floor was dirty and I did not had warm water during my stay ( 3 days) and no towel for the shower

Shower faucet broken live and dead roaches in the entire apartment

Person texting me Ac was not working Hot water heater was not working Sink was clogged And shower handle was of from the mixet cartridge. Other then that can be better. Up grade fix and we can rent again thank you. You need handyman I'm one [email protected]

it was clean and tidy when we arrived.

disappointed that the sofa bed wasn’t a pull out one and was just a sofa to sleep on. we booked it because we wanted 3 beds as we are 3 sisters travelling together who didn’t want to share a bed. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Also it was upstairs so we had to lug our cases up a flight of stairs but there was no mention of that when we booked.

we asked for early check in before we left home but were just told we had to pay USD30 so we agreed Upon arrival, abt quarter past noon, we called the number on booking.com but it was directed to chicago. 2 cleaners were there but couldn't communicate with them - fortunately another guest came to our help- we managed to call person in charge, who agreed to meet us. A polite and helpful lady did attend to us and we managed to settle in abt after 1.30pm... despite our early checkout, it was not a consideration for early check in - at 1.30pm!! Anyway, apt was clean, but beds + pillows not comfortable, furniture dated (not modern!)... water in sink wouldnt drain, so we brushed our teeth in kitchen sink!! didn't use anything in the kitchen except kettle to boil water. It was difficult to communicate with the cleaner - who came to our room to attend to problem with sink... finally he rectified it. ....Location is within walking distance to bayside + bayfront ... that's abt it ... no convenience store in vivinity, no cafes.... will not recommend this to my friends ...
