It’s a very cute house with nice outdoor areas/yard right in the middle of the old town. The hostess was super sweet and helpful - she helped us with parking, answered all of our questions, prepared a delicious breakfast for us, and even let us pick some of the berries of her berry tree :)

The room itself (we had a triple) is pretty small, but we made it work and everything else was great!

Slightly smelly bathroom (not their fault - most likely the plumbing) but otherwise very clean.

Road to it was a bit challenging but probably not as bad as some streets in NYC.

Magdalena was very welcoming and made an amazing breakfast. Rooms were relatively big and comfortable with ensuite bathroom. Also parking was very good, would easily stay again when visiting Mtsketa. Will highly recommend.

Incredible location, right behind the cathedral, with direct access to the cobbled streets of the old town. Host was responsive and helpful. Room was comfortable. Breakfast also very good, including home made sausage.

the host is amazing and breakfast was excellent. I’m American with zero language skills. my son has been studying Russian for 4+ years and we are traveling around Georgia on his winter break. when my son talked to her in Russian (he doesn’t know Georgian) she seemed surprised and also very interested in conversation. Anyhow, some notes. I reserved a long time back and I forgot that she could remotely open the gate at the end of the street by simply calling her. We parked in the public parking lot nearby and made the short walk. Not a huge deal for us, but if you have limited mobility you likely want to park at her place. My flight from the US suffered from multiple delays and by the time we arrived it was near midnight, thankfully she was ready for us even at that time. One more detail, we asked if there was a cash machine nearby and she explained it and then also walked us to it. fantastic host.

The veranda and the garden are beautiful, ideal if one wants to rest after a long day walking around. The owner was lovely and welcoming and she cooked us the best breakfast of the whole vacation (see photo).

A lovely place in an excellent location. Walking distance from the cathedral, restaurants and small shops. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. A very quiet area. Parking available.

The setting was very nice,we especially loved sitting on the beautiful porch. Everything Was in a walkable distance. And the landlady was very friendly.

Lela is a brilliant woman and she just makes your stay. Her breakfast is from another world. We had a lovely chat a few times and this is the type of things you love in Georgia. She helped us a lot. The location is great. You are very close to a lot of things.

Just a small thing: the bed in our room was noisy and small, so every move you make - you hear a squick. But that’s it :)

The whole house ambient was really beautiful and the room was very cozy and included a fridge. Location is directly in the center of the city, the street is next to the cathedral. The lady of the house is really nice and speaks english quite well and nothing was a problem to her. But the best thing was defenitly breakfast, which was homemade, local food, very big and very tasty.

We loved how close it was to everything. The property is nice and cozy and the host was super friendly! We especially loved the homemade breakfast.
