The first room had a terrible smell, so they moved us to another room. The smell wasn’t so bad, but the room was dirty pillowcases had Hair on them. the balcony was so dirty you could not have gone out there we did not stay. We left.

Property looks old, and breakfast is extremely limited (basically just toast, eggs, waffles, coffee and yogurt. No juice)

Staff was very friendly n informative

Had to wait even after the check in time just to get in the room. The whole room was so strong of bleach. The bathroom floor was soaked with what I think was bleach. The bed I think was broke it seemed so janky. Like it was broken. Also, the room was so like gross I even put toilet paper down on the toilet to feel clean. I will never be staying here again. Also, the area around it was terrible.

The shower would not cut off which made the room moist. Dirty towels were left in the bathroom.

No elevator, run down, lights didn’t work properly. Needs to be closed and remodeled.

The people were friendly, the hotel was centerally located for me destinations, and the rates were affordable. The towel rack in the bathroom did fall off the wall and looked like it had been put up a couple of times. But overall the hotel was good 😊

The staff were very kind and friendly. I did not like that there wasn’t an elevator. We were given no instructions for WiFi or anything. When we arrived to our room, there was gum stuck on the side of one of the beds that house keeping should have been able to see when cleaning the room before our arrival.

This was by far the wordt hotel we have ever stayed in. The entire hotel smells and there is mold in the bathroom. We booked for two night but we ended up leaving the very next morning to find another hotel. Management asked why we were leaving but did not offer to refund the second night. STAY AWAY

This was probably one of the worst beds in a motel that we've ever slept in. We were told that all beds were queen size. Not in this room!! The mattresses were lumpy. It felt like they were filled with straw!! ---VERY OLD. The bathroom wall had a hole along the tub. We wouldn't take a shower. No phone, No alarm. Will never return or recommend this Quality Inn .

Not at all what we expected. The window had been busted and instead of replacing it they just put another pane of glass over it and siliconed it in. The front desk knocked on the door and said that they thought they had left a walkie talkie in the room and asked if we had seen it. When we replied no they still asked if they could come into the room and check. Over all not impressed

This was a great option for lodging for a weekend in Cincinnati. Easy, short Uber to Downtown and the ball park. Would stay again!

While the hotel was a cheap stay, the room had an odd smell when you walked in. Looked like there was water damage at one point along the ceiling, bathroom is small but usable. Most of the lights didn’t work well and the ports or plugs on the lamps for chargers didn’t work. Lobby is updated and clean. “Breakfast” was VERY limited. Also found it rather odd that you couldn’t eat in your room, not to mention staff hovered to make sure you didn’t walk off with food. It does however look like they are making upgrades to the building of some sort. Overall it was a cheap place to stay for the reason we came down. Wouldn’t be my first pick next time.

It was musty smelly and moist. There were multiple dehumidifiers going in the hallways, but they weren’t doing any good.

When I travel for leisure, I like to look for a great value when it comes to my airfare, rental car, and hotel/lodging accommodations. Planning for my recent trip to Cincinnati, I browsed my favorite website for a place to stay. I came upon the Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati. For the amount of time I was going to be in the room, it seemed like a great option for location, function, and price, after looking at the mixed reviews. Upon entering the room, I had a feeling this wasn't going to be my favorite experience. I ran the air conditioning for my entire 3 day stay at 66 degrees. While it was cool in the room, the moisture was never decreasing. In addition to that, I found the room in 'moderate' repair and unnecessarily poor cleanliness. The luggage rack was rusty, there was an object wedged in the peephole, the lamps/bases were dusty, and the showerhead was not properly mounted (it moved when I adjusted the angle of the head). While I know it's challenging to be perfect in every room, every day, some of the issues I had are inexcusable. This visit was far below my expectations. I hope that Expedia chooses to not offer lodging like this to its guests and I can't imagine Quality Inn & Suites as well as Choice Hotels, wants a branded property like this in its portfolio.

The property is close to a supermarket, fast food, buffet, etc; near Public transportation.

Hotel is okay for a short stay. Needs updating and pool was not open yet, which we did not realize. Liked the size of the room; however, the walls had crayon on them and could have been a little cleaner.

Apparent they are updating the outside of the building and so far that looks nice. Need to install automatic doors so u can easily bring in your luggage. We were on the first floor but had to go up 4 stairs with luggage. No hot water for the second persons shower and construction began at 9am

I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. I hope to return some day.
