Noisy room initially planned (near the road). . . we requested a change to a quieter room. This didn't seem to please the receptionist who seemed to not like her job!!! Otherwise, excellent lunch and ok room!

My partner dropped 150.00 in the Lobby on our way out to dinner . The front office staff found it and returned it to her. The hotel was flawless , service was impeccable, facilities were clean and perfect. A outstanding property.

The location of the hotel is good, pleasant walk to all of Cannery Row. We barely slept as our room faced Foam Street and we could hear cars and trucks as if our windows were wide open all night long.

Lovely quaint hotel just off of cannery row. Free parking and breakfast was nice and convenient.
Hotel is trilevel with several rows of stairs even after taking elevator to 3rd floor. Would caution individual with wheelchair needs.

Amazing location and facility. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself is very unique in layout - very peaceful and relaxing. And it is only steps from Cannery Row! Will definitely book there again.

The underground parking is very steep to go down and up. Just a note for customers with big trucks or roof racks on the top their suv/truck. The ceiling clearance is low for the parking area.

There was something about the refrigerator that smelled terrible, so we decided not to use it. But, other than that, it was great. The service was excellent, easy parking, WiFi, the proximity to shops, restaurants, a couple beaches for kids, everything we needed was walkable. I would recommend a stay here, and we will be back.

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and we had a tiny peek of the ocean from our room. It was also very close to Cannery Row, so we enjoyed being able to just walk down there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My husband, however, wished there at been potatoes available for breakfast!! Overall, great stay!

Very family friendly. Clean and great buffet breakfast for whole family! Very very close to canary road and aquarium and marina pier. I was 6 months pregnant at time with my 6 year old and we had no trouble waking the short distance to everything and knowing if we needed a break hotel was only a short 5-8 min walk back.

The staff was great, the breakfast was substantial, and the hotel is within walkable distance of the Aquarium and restaurants. The room was nicely furnished and immaculate. My only concern was that we were at the back, which borders Foam Street. Traffic sounds were often an issue--fortunately, not after 9PM, however. I would stay here again, but would request a room further to the front or on the side of the facility.

Definitely a great location to cannery row without a hefty price tag. They’re doing renovations so I imagine it’s only going to get nicer. We will definitely be back!

Everything looks old, dirty and outdated. All kick boards are missing since the carpet was replaced, it smells like paint all throughout the facility. Bath tub was disgusting, old towels and crappy soaps and shampoo.

They started drilling and pounding at 8:45. Beds are comfortable and staff are friendly.

Our check in was very smooth and easy. Kristin helped us check in and explain where to park etc. however later that night we had a very unpleasant experience with another front desk employee named Deanna. She gave us contradicting information and was very dismissive of our requests. We found her to be rude and ignored us when we said hello to her.
Our room was very old and dinky. I understand that the hotel is undergoing a remodel so it felt weird that we were given a room that was not remodeled for the same price as one that was remodeled. Feels unfair. The sheets were not clean and we saw black mold in the shower as well.
The best part of our stay was our interactions with the front desk girl Kristen. She was so dang sweet. She deserves a raise.

Nice proximity to things that are walkable. Parking was a little limited for large vehicles but the front staff was helpful to make sure we had somewhere to park. Rooms were clean and comfortable with reasonable prices.
