Though in the provided amenity list hair dryer was in the list but we could not find it. Then planned to ask the service desk over phone, however, that was out of service. We visited the office in person which was uncomfortable asking for hair dryer and did not receive any cordial help. The shower nobs were very old and very difficult to manage hot and cold water balanced flow.

Desk service was helpful and accommodating. Wi-Fi would not connect in our room, so we were given another room. The rooms are dated, curtains did not close all the way, and the water in the tub would not shut off completely. But the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The room itself was great. Large, spacious, and clean. The hotel itself is in desperate need of a facelift however. There are no elevators either, and the hand rails don’t seem too secure.

It was ok. Clean friendly staff. Away from downtown. Cheaper than those in town during the on season. Room was fine. No frills.

The room was quite outdated which I don’t mind if clean. The wallpaper and baseboards were filthy and the shower was terrible. Hard to adjust temp, not much hot water and the shower curtain rod was loose so couldn’t spread out the curtain. I don’t think we will stay there again. And have always had good luck booking with hotels.com. Hmmm.

The beds were nice, the room was nice enough. The room could definitely use detail cleaning and some minor repairs. The pool was freezing cold but in good condition. Breakfast was okay but lacking in some items (no fruit and no eggs or meats). It did have essentials...coffee, cereal, pancakes, yogurt and oatmeal. The staff was nice and friendly. Would stay again.

Property was very quiet and located in a very convenient area. There was decent parking. Beds were ok, pillows TERRIBLE. Tv would freeze a lot. Rooms were very outdated, but for someplace to sleep it worked. Definitely not the cleanest - found bottles under bed, hair in bathroom, dirty hairdryer, etc. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was not good - same exact sad breakfast every morning - zero variety and hours were terrible. Stale bread and muffins or frozen pancakes. And community pb, cream cheese, jelly? Kind of gross. Pool was sketchy. Staff was ok. Zero housekeeping - no taking of garbage or new towels our entire stay.

Other than the retired bikers that decided to party in the parking lot until midnight (which was not the hotel’s fault as they, too, were guests), everything was good. I’d stay here again as long as The Geritol’s Angels weren’t booked here again at the same time.

I called ahead an got a price for having my dog with me. When i arrived I was quoted a totally different price.
Everything else was great except the bathroom fan didn't work making everything damp and steamy.

It was nice and easy to book, the staff was all amazing super friendly and easy to work with.
The only thing I could say I had an issue with was the room while being presentable it was dusty and had a little bit of an older Oder but wasn’t terrible. I appreciate all the staff for being so helpful to us

Breakfast is decent, muffins, bagels, cereal, pancakes, nothing huge but not bad for the hotel price. Rooms are a little older looking but not bad. Pool was clean but cold. I would stay again without hesitation.

Location is nice, but the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. Our room the bathroom area smelled of urine. Maintenance of the rooms needs improvement as well (loose plugs, bathroom vent needs cleaning, rugs need to be deep cleaned, our room door had a gap around it). Will not be staying there in the future.

The room had a very musty smell. The toilet bowl was dirty.
It was late when we checked in, so we didn’t bother trying to move. You get what you paid for, was my husbands response.

The property was very dismal and unwelcoming. The housekeeping staff had left a mop and cleaning products along a ledge near our room that we had to pass by each time we left or returned to our room. They were still there the next morning. Beds had only a thin bed spread covering them and no additional blankets. We shared a bed and used the bedspread off of the other bed to keep us warm through the night.The breakfast wasn’t worth considering and the coffee tasted like instant. Very grim indeed.

Room was big. Extra chairs in ours. That was nice. Large pool was great. A little cold on our first swim, but next day the water was warmer. No protein options for breakfast. Cereal, oatmeal, bagels and strong coffee. We enjoyed our stay.

The floor was very dirty and gritty in the room and the bathroom floor was disgusting. There was also long black hairs in the bath tub and on some towels.

I won't stay here again. Tub was dirty and leaked, bed broke when my daughter (180 lbs) climbed, not jumped, in. Neighboring rooms were smoking outside and the smell leaked into the rooms. The indoor pool was absolutely cold and dirty. Nothing that the staff could do correct any of the issues because the issues were all because the property isn't upkept properly. Properly needs a couple $100k investment to make it worth the price again.

Lighting was too dim. The lights over the coffee did not work. Took a long time before we had hot water. Carpet definitely needed cleaning. Towels and bedding appeared clean.

This was a great room for the money. The bed was very comfortable. A very nice breakfast room with a deck and tables. A very large indoor pool. The city trolley comes right by the hotel.

Liked it was close to the bridge and the lake. Did not like that they were moving a dirty mattress into a room replacing another mattress… there was bugs in our bathroom and it was really outdated with a tiny tv.

This wasn't the nicest place we've ever stayed, but it was adequate for what we needed. There were a few issues: the TV didn't work (or maybe it was just the remote?), the tub took 15 minutes to drain after a shower (there was no plug, so it should have drained throughout), the fitted sheet was the wrong size and kept popping off the corner. But, it was convenient to restaurants and attractions and had a great breakfast for us.

We have stayed here a number of years. We always stay in the jetted tub suite, and they are spacious and comfortable. Very reasonable rates, and always a friendly staff. Not on the water, but very close to everything. A quick drive to restaurants and sightseeing.

The positives were 3 beds, 2 sinks and clean towels and bedding. When I asked about the bath tub ring, someone came to check and wipe it, but it still looked very stained.
We got no sleep due to next room patrons noise. Finally gave up trying to sleep at 2:30 am and left, so didn't get the free breakfast. We didn't shower due to the musty smell and stained gross looking tub. The ceiling by the vanity was falling apart and smelled musty. Our feet were black from the dirty floor. The fridge had crumbs in it, the window sill was dirty and had dead flies on it. The furniture is old, the lamps are rusty, so I wiped the night stands and the cloth turned black.
