Had an unplanned stop over and spent 2 nights here. Very relaxing hotel with a comfortable bed and high quality shower - very good water pressure. Only downside was a non-Smart TV

Stayed the night before flying from Gatwick. Nice pool and steam room, small but adequate gym. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Very easy trip to airport next morning

Stayed here a number of times over the years. The hotel food is still too expensive for what it is in my opinion, and the menu is not exciting and has not changed over the years. The room i was allocated this time was older and I requested a swap which was honoured, but generally the rooms need a fresher look and furniture replacement. The gym , changing rooms and pool area needs some modernisation. Lockers have been broke for years. A sauna would be a nice touch. I like the hotel location for work and generally the hotel is good but I think it needs a refresh and update in certain areas.

Not as pleased as i expected to be honest.went with 2 children 4 and 5 years old.got there at 3 to check in only find the bar and restaurant etc opens at 4pm and close at 10pm.the situation the hotel is sited on is a long long walk from the hotel on a very busy roundabout.too far to walk with 2 young children.just thought everything would have been available all day for hotel residents!!

Jessica working in the bar was one of the rudest ladies i’ve ever come across in hospitality EVER. Shocking attitude to customers. After 2 weeks of beautiful British hospitality, she made for a disappointing end to our UK holiday.

The hotel was brilliant. Great location to the airport. The car park on arrival was very busy however, eventually managed to find a space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was great and an added bonus. The food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

When we arrived the bar and restaurants were not open ,we stayed here the friday before we went on holiday and i was told by one of the bar staff that the restaurant and bar is open all day , so by that we decided to book the Saturday night when we arrived back off holiday, we were told by the lady at reception to use expedia as they are cheaper so we booked , we arrived at 1pm tiered and hungry, guess what bar and restaurants not open until 4pm , so we had to get in the car and find somewhere as my 10 year old was starving ,reception were not helpful , when we got back i decided that we would drive home as was so annoyed , guess what as we booked through expedia we would lose are money , what a surprise

Room was like an oven, the bed was positioned in a place where It got no benefit from the air con that I had on full all night and had to contend with the noise from the air con, move the bed it’s simple

Very good quality, amazing breakfast with a lot of choices in the buffet, we highly recommended the place. We took a cab (called by the hotel) for 4 persons for 6£ to get to the train station, can’t beat that price and that service! Not too far from Gatewick airport. Definitely recommended staying there.

We had a great stay here for a couple of nights before flying home to Canada. The hotel was very clean, with helpful staff, and a nice size room (space to unpack/repack cases). Awesome to have a pool for kids to burn off some energy before long flight.
Great location for access to Gatwick and Three Bridges station for Thameslink rail. Easy to get into central London and to Gatwick on the train. Also close to a huge Tesco Extra (5 minute walk) for hotel room/airplane snacks!

Very lovely stay for our family with school-age children. The room was comfortable and the pool was fantastic. The bar was nice in the evening. We didn’t try the restaurant, but the menu looked nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again and definitely recommend!
