Location was good. Lifted up the bed and there was trash inside the bed frame. We also found a wad of hair on the counter by the sink. Did not feel comfortable enough to sleep under the bedding.

Room was not even remotely clean. Hairs in the bed, beard shavings in the sink, something on the toilet bowl. Super loud heating/cooling unit and bathroom fan. Booked another place even though I’d prepaid and could not get a refund at RedRoof. Was a false economy to try and save a few bucks staying at a motel rather than a hotel.

This property is old and poorly maintained. Worn sheets and towels. People hanging about on the balcony and parking late at night. Thin walls and heavy road noise. Would not recommend or stay again.

This hotel is very outdated and was not clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. This is the second time I have stayed at a Red Roof Inn that was not great, in the last few years. I will not be staying at one again.

Terrible property with Cockroach, flies like living in an infested jungle. Top of that water clogging, not properly cleaned toilet, I can give 100 reasons not to stay again. Only bright side is the guy in the reception, who helped a lot to alleviate our pain.
Suggestio. To Expedia : Please reconsider listing such properties.

The equipments in the room are old and very very dirty. Housekeeping is terribly bad. No cleaning room. No new towers. Hot water from the sink is turbid with disgusting impurities. There are bath installations which are all empty. I never stay here again.

The priperty was adequate for a quick overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot with good pressure.

This is an older out of date property. There deemed to be several undesirables living in the motel. A lot of pedestrian and auto in and out traffic. I was honestly afraid to leave my room after dark. Would not recommend.

Staff was nice but my room was not very cleab computer chair had food all over it the fridge was not clean they have handsoap despencers and body wash despencers nether had any soap. Then the smell of the room was qs if a dog with a skin condition had stayed there for a long time had to buy something just to stand it

Infestation!! We walked into our room and immediately saw a cockroach. Hoping it just flew in from outside, we were going to kill and continue our stay. However, we saw MULTIPLE roaches on the walls and furniture. The prices were also extremely jacked up because it was the college graduation. We luckily found another hotel, but the area was so booked that many customers had to stay in that hotel. The staff were the only redeeming factor and were very apologetic, and was very helpful in connecting with us with Expedia.

Super friendly staff upon arrival, which was one of the few positives. Room had an odor. Bed springs were noisy. Soap dispenser by sink was empty. Neighborhood was not bad...lots of restaurants, etc, nearby, but it was extremely noisy at the motel at bedtime. I have a suspicion that there are several long-term residents there.

Can't beat it for the price point. Convenient to many places to eat and Walmart if you need to pick up some stuff. Slept well in the bed. Pet friendly. Friendly staff and even the other hotel guests were very friendly. Might have been a slow time when we visited but it was surprisingly quiet and couldn't hear anything really from outside of the room. The full fridge was convenient as well. In this price point, you just can't get much (if any) better. Would gladly stay again.

Our second stay here so it was as expected. Friendly staff and clean rooms at a decent price.

The staff is very very nice- kind, helpful and super accommodating. The linen in the rooms unfortunately aren’t the cleanest- there were stains on the bath towels and the bedsheets. It’s a very basic room- worked for my quick visit. Also it’s a smoke free facility- but the place reeks of smoke smell- we changed rooms but by the evening- even the new room had smoke smell.

Fine stay, especially for the price. DirecTV was very spotty, but otherwise everything was fine. Good location near many stores and restaurants.

The people next door to us had issues all night long along with multiple police visits, kids that were crying and unmanaged, multiple knocking on doors late at night, it was very disruptive. It’s not the fault of the hotel for this no, but, they do know these people were probably disruptive and could’ve gave us a warning of some sort.
