We had already pre paid for our stay and when my mum checked in they took her details and when we left they also charged her for the room so we were charged twice. This was refunded a few days later after I phoned the hotel but I believe these mistakes shouldn’t have been made in the first place and it was embarrassing as I had treated my mum for the trip for Christmas and then she was charged imagine if that had caused her to go into her overdraft and she incurred charges. So perhaps staff should be trained to give more attention to detail

The room was a nice size but the headboard and bed were close to the window so you could only get in from one side of the bed , not ideal getting up in the night climbing over your partner to get out of the bed 🤔 And the curtain track fell down in the middle of the night 😡 The receptionist was very good on check in and the Spa and pool were very good but that was the only plus points for the Hotel , tried using The Tap bar at 12.30 before we headed into Leeds but the bar tendor didnt know how to make any of the cocktails on the cocktail menu 😡 (she said she was normally on breakfast service 🙈)

Hotel was lovely. We made use of the pool etc which was nice. Staff so friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with the heating and tv in our room but they were swiftly sorted. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good. Will definately visit again

Booked a twin queen room on arrival wa stood there wasn’t any. There was an unmade sofa bed in the room with blood stained bedding. Very disappointing. Limited food on the menu also.

Another fantastic stay. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms and spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable. Really recommend. A special mention to the lovely Patrice, who checked us in with a smile and giggle, despite it being the end of a long day for her!

Great location, only 8 minutes walk to the city centre. The business lounge was great with complimentary food and drinks available all the time, depending on the type of room/suite you book. The staff were friendly. Good range of facilities on offer but the gym changing rooms need a little tlc to be inline with the rest of the hotels standards. The pool is nice but too small and shallow for anyone who needs to do proper lap training. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Great city centre location with ample parking. Friendly check in and we upgraded and were able to use the executive lounge. Rooms were adjoining as requested so very happy with the stay.

I reserved my stay with ‘Reserve and pay later’ but when I got to the hotel the payment was already taken and I couldn’t get an invoice from the hotel. Therefore I won’t be able to put the payment on my company’s expenses!

the room was upgraded to a disability room , which I did not really need although it was noted by reception staff as i came in walking with a stick,
the bed was only a queen bed which was smaller than a normal double bed , and therefore not biog enough for our needs and the bed access was poor on one side as the bed only had a 12inch gap from the outside window wall, , thus no allowing free access to get into the bed .

Staff were excellent and generally the hotel was good with the exception of the shower in the room. It was very very poor - water came out at not much more than a trickle. Friends on another floor encountered the same issue so wasn’t exclusive to our room. We ended up using the showers in the health suite the following day (the health suite was fantastic).

We had a wonderful stay, felt very special and with access to the Members Lounge included in the room fee, it was more than we bargained for! A really special touch. Only slight downside being that the beds were too firm and my friend resorted to sleeping on the couch! Also, the air conditioning could be stronger. There was nowhere in the hotel you could go to escape the sweaty heat. Besides that, a wonderful hotel that I would definitely visit again.

Lovely hotel, reception staff were efficient & welcoming. Room was comfy, king size bed & a sofa bed, air con was much needed. We stayed in a club room with access to the club lounge. Food was good, plenty of it. Drinks were wine, Stella & cider so if you were a spirit drinker you'd struggle. Air con wasnt working but they brought a fan which was much needed!! All together our 2 night stay was great!

The room was fairly nice and was clean. The breakfast was okay, very poor coffee but nice food.
The health club/spa was the worst part, we booked specifically for this and it was extremely over crowded and also dirty - spent chlorine smell was very apparent meaning the water likely wasn’t very clean either.

Stayed one night when attending a graduation ceremony. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Only thing stopping me classifying as excellent all round was the shower which had very little water pressure.
Excellent customer service though, and special mention to the lady at the bar who went out of her way to find me a plastic bottle of water to take to the ceremony with me.
Would definitely stay again.

Booked 2 rooms and was surprised that o had to pay £35 for 1 night for parking ascwell as paying for breakfast as well so not happy about that .wrnt to pool and changing room was dirty and smell awful
