When I arrived the front desk did not tell me there was no hot water until I tried to take a shower no hot water at all until my last day in the afternoon. Carpet was dirty and the room was rundown. No water plug in the sink. Uninterested response from the from desk when they answered. No ice in any machine on any floor. When I booked it said free parking when I arrived I had to pay 12 dollars a day to park.

We got to our room, the bathroom was not clean, the paint was peeling in the tub. I turned the water on rust came out of the faucet. There was a "stinch" in the room, we didn't have a microwave or refrigerator, we did get each within 10 minutes of my request. There was a constant bumping the entire stay which made our room vibrate. A family member came to our room and asked about the noise, I said "you all can't hear that" She stated no. I did call to the front desk and I was told that a manager would go and check. The noise was constant both nights of the stay. We had to go to the front desk for towels, we were told to come back later, went back later, no towels.
The breakfast.........the only thing that stayed filled was the waffle mix.
We had to pay for parking, parking was very limited.
There are no cameras anywhere on the property.

The hotel quality was terrible! It needs to be upgraded in many areas! Beds sunken in, bathtub is peeling and well as the water while showering goes down slowly. To top off the uncleanliness, we saw roaches in the hallway! I saw housekeeping in the hallway and told them no services needed, just get the garbage outside the door at 10am, came back a little after 7:30pm and garbage was still there with the pest coming out the bag! To charge a $75 incidental is ridiculous when the quality of the hotel is so poor. Lastly, the $12 per night parking is unnecessary for the awkward parking lot!

This place was deplorable, pubic hairs and stains on sheet.Also dry blood stains on comforter. Reported to front desk, gave me a set of sheets to change laundry. Elevator takes about 5 to 6 minutes to move between floors. Parking is now 12.00 a day.

The elevator is slower than my grandmother & HOT!!
The only working ice machine was on the ground floor. The desk attendant gave me two dirty clothes bags to get ice. Which i used, until the bags busted as i was standing in front of the elevator. The attendant was sweet enough to go get me more while we waited 10-15 mins for the elevator.
The room & bathroom were clean. Ample towels, cups, pillows, toiletries & i loved the larger sized mini fridge AND microwave. Not enough electrical outlets but I think that just is what it is. Suggestion: Get those lamps that have the USB plugs on them.

Check-in was easy and the front desk staff that helped me was kind.
The morning staff, a little different. Breakfast started at 5:00am and the woman setting up was still trying to get items placed. I made a waffle, since that was the only item available, and she commented, “wow, you got a lot”. I had two waffles and one coffee for myself and my adult son. Not a great way to start the day and/or end my stay.

Price for room was reasonable; however, the motel adds $12 to park. Since this is motel and not a hotel, almost everyone drives. This means they used sort of bait and switch to increase the price of the room through charging for parking in their lot.

One of the two elevators didn't work. Fire alarm was going off all night was not able to get any sleep.

The stay was good. They only had 1elevator working. Had to wait awhile for the one working. Light fixture between double beds was malfunctioning.

The carpet on multiple floors had dirt and crumbs on it. Not just stains, so clearly it is not being vacuumed often enough. The breakfast buffet is constantly running out of items. There was a lady replenishing everything and she seemed to be moving non-stop. I think she just needs help during peak hours.

Check in was good and emplyees were very friendly. But only 1 elevator was working so it was slow because of having to share with housekeeping. Bathtub didnt drain during my shower so water was ankle deep.

The hotel was awful. They lied about having a free airport shuttle, and worse still, had the fire alarm go off 10 times (literally, no joke) in one night. And they didn't offer any compensation to us in apology. It was a joke. They are a joke.

Our stay was not great had we not checked in so late in the night I would have canceled our stay. The water in the sink and tub drained extremely slow and backed up while we showered and brushed our teeth. Only one elevator was in operation and the wait was at least 10-15 minutes each time. We ended up using the stairs. The ice machine on the second floor was not in service and there was a bad odor coming from that area. The continental breakfast was a joke and when I asked the front desk about refilling the breakfast meat at 8am he advised he’d ask the breakfast attendant but never did. The breakfast attendant however was very friendly and was trying his best to keep everything in order he was working alone. On our last night we came back to a warm room after being gone all day, it never cooled down. The beds were clean and comfortable. I will not stay here again.

Horrible lights went out I couldn't tell u when they came back on because we checked out and they were still off leaking ceilings the website says breakfast got up next morning my son went looking guy at desk told him and another guest there is no breakfast and had a smart remark ( just be happy u live to see another day) horrible experience ever my first and last time booking this hotel

Do to the aftermath of hurricane Francine, it took over an hour to check in. Breakfast was not available, as mentioned when booking. No vending machines where signs mentioned vending machines. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view of the airport.

My only complaint is the breakfast. We went down at 8am, and they only had coffee, some fruits, a long line to make waffles and milk and cereal. No eggs, bacon, bread etc as usual in others hotels. Very disappointed!!

I was put in a room with a door connecting me to the neighboring room then charged $400 for the neighbors smoking and the smell going under the door. They will always refuse refunds and say there is nothing they can do. Worst hotel ever!

This property needs a renovation bad. Peeling paint in the tub. Old mattresses and covers. The doors stick and it smells.

The parking was easy. The staff were very helpful. The facilities were appalling. Nothing like the photos. When booking said had wifi which i needed for work but there was none. Rooms looked like hadnt been cleaned. Hair on floor, bedding and towels. Mold in bathroom. Dust so thick could write your name in it. Will be requesting a refund.

Very accommodating, front desk pleasant and professional. The staff woman taking care of dining and front area always said good morning and was polite.
Housekeeper tried enter saying I was checked out after I told her check out was 11. Red a little more training on etiquette. Overall a good stay! Would stay here again.
