Step back into the 80’s and stay at the Verve! Clean, comfortable, great service. Great night sleep and ample parking.

These are our complaints. 1. We were unable to access the WIFI 2. The TV was operable but we were unable to determine what was on any of the channels we could access 3. The clock showed an incorrect time, we were unable to correct it, and no where in the hotel were we able to get a clock that showed the right time. When we complained to the desk, someone would come, but could do nothing about the issue, would promise to check on it and return, but never did. Finally a manager arrived and even she couldn't help. We finally cancelled the 2nd night, but because we had no internet could not make other arrangements for a hotel. Had to impose on family for our 2nd night. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.

Stay was nice. Front Desk amazing. Bar, mixed drink was horrible, however they did remove it for me. Bar did not carry change so the bartender had to go to the Front Desk for change. Leaving her patrons alone. Found that really odd that she didn’t have a bank. Not everyone charges to their room. Just wanted to leave a nice tip. Felt bad she had to go through all that trouble. That makes no sense. Bartender was nice, but Manager did not even try to talk to guests. Restaurant in the AM was good. Friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

It was not k till the ceiling in the bathroom came down on my friends head, seem they have a leak and the ceiling final gave out there was a lot of black mold on the sheet rock so the leak must be there for a while

The stay was good. There were a few things that could be better. There were stains on the comforters and there was no fridge in the room. The hotel was decorated very nicely. One of the maids actually closed the elevator door on me while getting in because she was pushing the close button.

My 17yr old & I stayed here to go to a concert at Gillette. Its about 16 miles away and in a great location. The decor is amazing and brought me back in time. Next time we're in the area it'll def be our first choice.

The rooms are absolutely filthy, the hotel is old and decorated so corny, the ‘restaurant’ served undercooked and inedible food, and the staff were less than friendly. Do not stay here unless you want to leave feeling like you need a shower.

The parking has no lights beyond the front area, this makes the rest too dark, and it makes it feel unsafe, even when it's not.
I loved that each floor has fun themes! Also the Included breakfast was great. I think this is a great option to stay in Natick!

One of the quirkiest hotels I’ve every stayed in. Americana and pop art decorates every wall and the elevator lobby of each floorr. Such a cool hotel.

The staff and amenities were great and the property was in a very prime location for shopping and entertainment. Unfortunately the room was very outdated and dusty. The decor was nice, but overall the accommodation seemed like a cheap renovation project.
