The hotel was fine.

There were no towels in the room, we had to ask for them..the kettle was so dirty we couldn't think of using it. The dispenser bottles in the room were broken! A colleague asked for match box or lighter twice as he smokes but no initiative was taken to help him out with a match box. I've never come across that! There was no water in the rooms that's a basic and it wasn't even charged nominally, it was 3$ per 500 ml bottle at their own shop...again unheard of!! Every hotel has water provided!! Eventually we were glad it was just one night's stay!

The Hotel has an odd vibe, dark and strange lay out. The room is old, uncomfortable, furniture is stripped with markings, bed is not comfy, bathroom is dirty, air conditioner did not work and the hot water was not plentiful. Overall not good at all, the pictures are much nicer than the real event. Definitely a one night and done! Do not recommend !

The electric cords of appliances (hair dryer, coffee makers, and lamps), had disclaimer tags on them, which made it hard to wind up the cords: these disclaimer tags on electric cords and on pillows and mattresses should be removed from all rooms, so electric cords can be wound, to keep them from tangling and causing trips-or-falls.

Obtaining a digital key via the HHonors app, involved having to contact the front desk, and the HHonors app did not permit smooth transition, when extending a stay but having to change rooms (if a guest is already at the hotel under an expiring reservation, the guest should be able to move to the next room under an extending reservation, without waiting until the earliest check-in time for guests just arriving; as of 2023 June 10, the HHonors app does not appear to allow this flexibility of switching to a different room with an extending reservation from 3rd party booking service, without the guest having to contact the front desk of the hotel; this should be fixed)

What a fun place! Loved the colors, artwork, elevator lobby decor (I took the elevator everywhere so I could see the different designs)! I was worried at first when I entered the building as there were a lot of parties (birthday, bar mitzvah) going on and was fearful that the noise would travel up to my room, but it didn't!

My toilet clogged after just one use (but the staff was great and had it fixed before my return to the room) I got one drink at the bar after dinner and waited and waited and waited to pay...ended up just leaving money on the table, along with an undeserved tip

No support on the mattress, noisy air-condition unit and a housekeeper knocking early in the morning after a restless night.

Breakfast was OK. Need to get down early until things start to run out.

2 major problems 1) absolutely no shower pressure or hot water in shower. 2) my toilet was making a noise all night. it was a screeching super high alarm sound whistle. I recorded it and showed the front desk and they gave me $25 credit. I literally did not get any sleep that night.

Wi-Fi could be improved. Too hard to make connection and you lose again after a few minutes. Room 633 has no light on the bathroom sink

When we arrived we were greeted by Matt/Jay at the desk - he was super efficient. The room was fine EXCEPT there was no refrigerator in the room; other places we have stayed at have that in the room and it is quite convenient for us. Additionally, the coffee machine in the room did not function - minor inconvenience as Matt at the desk took care of it.

The service in the bar was not good at all on Friday night. We ordered some appetizers and waited about 45 minutes; at that time the people next to us wanted to place a food order and they were told that the kitchen was closed. We then asked is our food order coming out and the bartender went in the back and came out with it immediately - a little cold. When I made the reservation through Priceline - the original advertisement showed a breakfast included. However my printout did not include that extra.I was told I needed a coupon, which I could not get at that time. So I did go back and signed the check and paid for my breakfast as an extra charge.

Lounge was closed which was a huge part of the reason I booked this hotel. My friend was breast feeding and there was no fridge in the room. Someone brought up a fridge but it didn't work despite trying multiple outlets.

Breakfast didn't start until 7am, 6:30 would have been much better. Also, evening restaurant/bar wasn't open either night. Lunch for the conference was cold cuts sandwiches which I'm not a fan. Wish there was real meat (chicken/steak/tuna) for a salad bar option for conferences. Next time, we're hoping to try something different for the lunch. Service was really great though.

i pretty much everything but, I don’t like the way the cleaning lady force me to leave at 11:00 am and it was 11:01 when she knock my door and said I’m all set cause I was in the shower ready to leave and she goes ( what time you’ll leave and I said eleven) and she said yeah it’s eleven you should leave , that’s never happen to me before in that place

Breakfast was as everywhere, nothing special, and no vegetables. The interior was kind of interesting.

There was no water to drink in my room, no refrigerator, nothing I asked for. I specified while booking that water is important to have.
