Only disappointment was no free coffee in the lobbey.

The room need to an upgrade!!

The room felt a little dated, the ice machine on the floor was out of order. I called housekeeping when we arrived (it was 10PM) because the bedding for the sofa bed was damp, the girl on the phone was not sure if we can get a replacement. Luckily, they did find a replacement but told us we had to come down to get it at the front desk. When we got to the front desk the gentlemen apologized and told us that they will bring it up to our room. The a/c unit was loud and there was a musty smell. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby area.

Very quiet room, there is a bistro and bar in the evening, but if you’re looking for a free continental breakfast or coffee there is none. Walkable to the Natick Mall, very close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc. We stayed here two years ago and they have made several upgrades (such as Starbucks for purchase in the morning). We’ll be staying here again in October.

I booked my a room with a King bed and a queen sofa bed for my my wife and I and our two teenage sons. I had prepaid for the room and check in online because I new we would be arriving late. When we did arrive our room was not available and we were told that we had a choice to either drive another half an hour to another hotel or take the room they had (only a King with no sofa bed) and they would comp us the room and breakfast. It was late and my wife was ill and hadn't come with us so I decided to take the comp. With some back and forth in the morning I received my breakfast comp but I have yet to be refunded for the room despite repeated attempts to reach out to the hotel. This is such terrible customer service, if you offer to comp a client you need to follow through, otherwise don't just make an empty offer. I find it more insulting to be offered the comp and not receive it than to not be offered the comp at all!

Very relaxing, welcoming staff, comfortable room

We needed a pet-friendly place for a couple of days. Nice place, clean. Extremely nice staff. The Bistro had good food and Cory at the bar was friendly and fun.

Great place for a quick overnight to attend a function at the Natick mall.

We got room 109 and even though the bed was made and sheets were clean, the mattress was sunk on both sides. The sofa bed was really old, and not that great as if was not made for our 3rd person in the room. However the room overall the room was clean and tidy.

The property and room was clean in a convenient location, near the Natik Mall. The staff was friendly and professional.

For a quick 2-night stay, it was fine. Lobby looked good. Parking wasn't a problem. Staff was friendly. They only clean the rooms every other day, which was not good. Walls in bathroom area looked worn. Elevator was very slow.

Fixtures outdated and need replacement. Seems like an old hotel in need for repairs and refurbishing.

Nothing really unique. No microwave in the room. The little food boutique was very over priced and Understaffed. The food can’t even say maybe edible? Would not stay there again at check out they would not give us a receipt because we booked it through Expedia.

Perfect for one night stay. King bed was so comfy, what I needed after a long day of travel. Would come back!
