Pluslgs/ lighting and air conditioning/ heating did not work properly which led to a sleepless night which was was the opposite of the reason why I stayef

I liked the staff, the room, the cleanliness of the place and the breakfast. I checked in late and found the front desk person to be very kind and professional. The breakfast and the dining area were the best I've ever encountered.

I found a spot to park but it was difficult. I know it was late but there were only a couple of parking spots available.

The bed was to small and springy. Two people sharing the same bed was very snug!! Every time one of us moved the other was bounced about!

I liked the staff

I booked a no smoking room because I have asthma. Another hotel guest decided to smoke pot in the hall and the smoke came our room. I started having trouble breathing and had to leave. We had to find another hotel to stay at.

We went to a sold out concert at Gillette Stadium and although the traffic to get to the venue was terrible, this ended up being the perfect location to stay away from the madness of Downtown Boston. It also has on-site parking.

The bed is the standard hard bed you typically get at a Hampton Inn

It was clean, and the bathroom was nicely remodeled. There was a free, hot breakfast with a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt like a safe area.

It’s a little shabby around the edges, but it was clean. 

Location is good

Inside is old. Dated. Ceiling is low. Bed was small and too soft. Room interiors are old, dusted, carpet was not clean, bath room very small, if use toilet the bathroom door can’t open, shower water was very small. We stayed there for 3 nights. Breakfast was minimal. Sky 109 was really loud. Kids running around at night. Don’t know where the high rating came from…

Proximity to my desired location.

Parking lot was full, had to park next door, and when we arrived police were on-site and walking through the hotel. When we got into our King room with sofa bed we found it to be pretty small for modern hotel standards, with limited space for luggage. We also had several ants in the bathroom along with dark hairs of varying length around the bathroom. And even though we had requested accommodations for lodging for 3 adults there were only two sets of towels (the staff brought us an additional set upon request but this could have been prearranged).

Very clean parking was excellent. Staff was friendly no matter what time of night it was they were helpful.

I really liked the area! There was a mall right across the street and a good Mexican restaurant down the street. I like how close the hotel was to Boston. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was included, and the dining room where the breakfast was served was a nice room.

It would be nice if there was a pool and a hot tub.
