Welcoming and professional staff. Comfortable, clean and quiet room.
100 percent difference from another Holiday Inn Express (absolutely horrible!!!) property right next to this hotel.

The hotel itself was very nice, but our mattress was worn out. That is my only complaint.

Bathroom sink was full of dirt and hair. Sink was stopped up and was draining very slow.

I just got this room to sleep in after a concert but it was not a great experience... The air condioning didn't work so it was hot, the controller on the wall was full of mold, the shower head looked like it was about to fall off, the cleaners obviously didn't clean the room as there was trash in the floor and the dresser. Oh AND fyi they put a $100 hold on your card on top of what the room cost and they didn't tell me when i checked in. When I called about the hold on my account and let the above issues known (I didnt do it while i was there because it was late and didn't feel like messing with it) I was told I'd get a refund but have not.

Upon arrival.. remote batteries were dead and didn’t work at all.. and the staff at the front desk were behind rude especially towards my kids. They treated us as if they didn’t want kids staying in their hotel unless we had a high status. We were there less than 30 minutes and the kids (15 and 13) wanted to just check out the hotel like that do and have all of the 30+ hotel we have stayed in, but the staff was very rude and even called the room and demanded I get them to return to the room asap. They were not loud, causing any damage or concern, nor were they attempting to enter rooms that weren’t our room.

This hotel had plenty of parking. The hotel was clean and the bedding & bed were great. The restaurant attached was so convenient. I appreciated it being right there. The location was perfect on and off highway.

Had to pay a huge fee if you even wanted breakfast
Front desk made me pay $100 deposit and said it would be refunded after my stay - but it’s been over a week and still nothing. If you try and call - no one ever answers
Room had broken locks on the door- no windows, bed was super uncomfortable
Housekeeping comes by at 9am pounding on your door and wakes you up when you’re trying to sleep in

I like how the room is very spacious, and you have 2 doors to exit upon in your room . Needed more towels and check in staff could be nicer. Overall good stay.

Hotel is old and neglected, in the first room they assigned me the a/c was not working, after going downstairs and across the hall the attendant at the front desk ( good customer service) assigned a different room, the bed had one of the supporting legs broken so the bed was slanted on one side, the bat tub was old and dirty looking withe cracks all over.

The property is very old and needs to be refurbished. I had stayed in a king room and when I got in the room was really hot and the air conditioning wasn't working. They got maintenance to come and check it and after he checked it it still wasn't working. They did move me to another room, however, that room was not a king. The gentleman at the desk who helped me change the room was very very nice.
As for the cleanliness... Everything in my room was fine, but being as it's an older hotel I feel like it needs more upkeep and there were certain parts of it that I just felt were dirty. Carpets were stained and things of that nature.

Hotel needs updating. First room had no A/C and reeked of smoke. Ethan moved us. He was amazing. Next room ceiling dripped into bath tub all weekend. It was gross. The lady at breakfast was nice.

Did not rest well due beds and a/c in room. Restaurant was closed, only bar open with only one waistaff and a bartender to take care of patrons.

The convenience of this location being right by the airport is fantastic. They offer a bar dining area and a large conference space that can accommodate many events. The only downside is that noise can be heard if an event is happening. Despite that, I’ll definitely return

Overall, a good stay. There are two Holiday Inns together. This one is at the top of the hill.

Check in gal was excellent, a great multi-tasker, efficient and professional. Bar tender was pleasant, accommodating and friendly. I would give it any excellent, but the property is a little dated, but over-all a great value, clean and friendly.
