My vehicle was damaged in the parking lot overnight. Asked Allen the mgr on duty to look at the cameras and tell me what happened but he never did. Just brushed it off since I would be checking out soon. Very disappointed.

It was a great experience. Perfect for what we needed. We just needed a place to rest our heads since we were out of the room most of the day. It was very clean with excellent service. We had fresh towels every day and didn’t have to beg for them and they changed our sheets halfway through the stay. We would stay there again!

The rooms and site are OLD. The rooms were surface level clean, but sand everywhere. The elevator opened right onto the beach so it was expected. I felt the tradeoff of a fancy newer room was worth the balcony overlooking the beach. I would stay here again.

The property is right on the beach which is a plus. Room is spacious and looks clean, but the bathroom is a bit small. Pillow and mattress are way too soft. They will form a dent after you sleep on which is very uncomfortable.

Perfect location very nice. Was surprised to have a little kitchenette in our room and a private balcony for the price. I was also not expecting so many pools and hot tubs. The indoor pool and hot tub was awesome as well as the outdoor ones.

I loved having a balcony and having the great view of the beach. It was humid and muggy, especially in the elevators. It didn’t have the nice clean smell either. Needs some upgrades but it’s good for a quick trip.

Staff was amazing - so helpful and nice. Bummed our TV didn’t work, and the deadbolt/twist lock you use from the inside didn’t work because the door was out of alignment. The shelf above the bathroom sink hovers over the faucet stream, so if you’re not careful you will continually wack your face on it when trying to wash your face or brush teeth.

For $353 for a one night not the best experience to sleep. The hotel was 3/5 stars. Staff needs to improve on guiding guest to their rooms. I had to go twice to the young lady at night attitude did not bother to get up from the reception site. Who ever clean the room left the fridge dirty with a plate of nachos. Main concern is that i could not sleep because the bed sheets were very itchy and not comfortable at all. The hallways smell bad. Pool has a lot chlorine in the water. Street view balcony was okay and having access to the beach was fine. Wish the hotel would provide better services to their clients. Please improve for further visits.

Over paid thru Expedia. Clerk couldn’t find booking so it took almost an hour to checkin. Air conditioning unit made annoying noise and air blew up directly into privacy curtain. Onsite restaurant staff were rude and unkept. The lack of parking was super inconvenient. Non of vending machines worked on our floor. The hotel cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, the property was clean, and beach was easy to get to. The beaches are some of the prettiest on the Gulf! Checking in, and out was easy. I will most certainly be back! Cant say enough good things about the place!!!

Beautiful view of the beach. Convenient to everything Gulf Shores related. Friendly staff. A little inconvenient getting into the hotel and didn't seem super secure. Comfy bed, great shower. Wobbley refrigerator and microwave. For the price, their should be streaming access. Overall a good experience.

Great location, right on the beach! By The Hangout with easy walking to restaurants and souvenir shops. Friendly staff! They let me leave my car in the parking lot even after checkout so I could still enjoy the beach for the day. Updated and clean rooms!
