They star charching before we arrive. By 2 pm when we were on the way. They did not wait until we arrived..This is the first time pass with a hotel in the world that we buy by Hotel.com and the comprimised has been. To pay upon arrival. And the time maximo to arrive is before midnight. This was very unconfortable. I give 2 stars to this Motel..Hallways too dirty.

Room was clean and Staff treated us nicely.
Best part was, everything was a walking distance.
Capital Hill is only 15 Minutes walk also.

A little tired looking from the outside but rooms have been updated and were so clean. The mini fridge is huge and the beds were very comfortable. Staff and service was fantastic. There is no breakfast included, just a brown bag with yogurt, muffin and juice box. It's in a good location and is within walking distance to downtown. Free parking was a great surprise too.

The room is dirty, they didn't clean drawer some food and bags still there (see my picture) The room no heating so everyone feel cool. The room door not safety. The lock is not aligned with the door and the deadbolt chain didn't fit on the door.Breakfast bag is poor

Very basic room but had everything I needed and was very clean.

Quick work trip with main business near Rideau Centre. The walk from Rideau to EconoLodge was a little sketchy. However, the area immediately north and east of the hotel is beaitiful. 400m walk to the river.
The accommodations were great. Better than expected for the price. Service and cleanliness was great.

Only complaint is the mini fridge leaked and got our clothes on the floor wet, otherwise the bed was comfy and staff were great.

Service personal was good and seems to be helpful,
When i showed my IDs and CAA membership card to get 10% discount, i have been informed that, since the internet is down we can not proceed the payment thing now but don't worry we will take care later.
At the time of checkout i remind them for the CAA discount, then the girl told me, sorry we can not do this now, SORRY. you should have done this when you arrived, She acknowledge the reason of internet but still said i can not do anything.
Since that was not my fault i asked to compensate for something.

The breakfast was a bag of yogurt, muffin and juice box. Not that great.

The building was receiving updates while we were there, including the lobby and dining area for the complimentary breakfast. The hotel did its best to accommodate this and provided coffee, tea and a breakfast to go bag in the lobby which contained muffins, yogurt and juice. The motel has an upper level where people appeared to be staying more long term and had children who were quite loud. Otherwise, it’s a decent place to lay your head if you aren’t staying long.

We searched around and only this property had free parking downtown for an affordable price. The location is the best; walking distance to everything a tourist needs. The room is small but has the basics and "hommy" feel with a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast is just the very basics. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A handy location near to centre of city with ample free parking. The rooms are nicely decorated and up to date, complete with fridge, coffee maker and micro. The AC was a little noisy. A budget motel, but still quite nice.

Pros. Location. Cost (free parking and wifi and brown bag breakfast was good). Super soft and comfortable beds and towels.
Cons: garbage was still full from previoys guest.quickly cleaned by front desk staff. Later in the night noticed blood stain in bathroom floor.but due to urgency to use the bathroom had to clean it myself.
