We went to Orlando for the weekend and the service was great. They even let us check in early without a fee. I totally recommend them .

There were ants crawling by the tv and no smoking sign. My phone wasn't charging instead it was eating my power that i had left on my phone. 😡 coffee maker is also where the arts were and i didn't have anything sticky. I've stayed here before and never had problems. Only gave me 2 breakfast cards when i had 3. Thankfully they gave me another one.

It was a short stay but this is the second time ive used this hotel and will do so in the future. It is clean friendly staff and the beds are comfortable

We stay at this property several times a year, we have always enjoyed the breakfast and how close it is to Disney. It has a restaurant you can walk to, Sickies, and it's very good. If you are looking for a cheap yet clean and good breakfast place to stay, this is the place for you :)

I had a decent stay here.
Location is great. walking distance to lots of restaurants and gift shops and a pharmacy. not too far from the Disney Parks. Uber or lyft was between $7 to $14 to the parks.
The staff were pleasant.
The room on arrival was clean and it is a very good size. However, the housekeeping could have been better. Some days the room hadn't been swept. The used ice bucket wasn't changed. Around the back of the toilet needed a clean.
Towels were changed daily though and beds made. I asked for the soap dispensers to be refilled and they weren't. Just little things really. I would stay again due to the price.
The breakfast was ok, but by day 4 the repetitive breakfast got a little boring. Never bacon or fried eggs. Very much the same everyday. But like i said for the price it did the job. One day we went elsewhere for breakfast.
The kids enjoyed the pool. It is open till 10pm so a night swim after the parks was lovely.
I would recommend it. Just a few minor improvements and it would be fantastic.

Check in took forever. I went in our room it smelled awful, the toilet was nasty. Under the sink had mold, the ac unit had mold, the shower smelled horrible. We went to another room the lamp and walls had mold on it I just gave up trying to get a new room that was clean with no mold. The elevator is also not up to date with the service and I got charged upon arrival unexpectedly and was very mad about it.

There were bugs in the room, mildew in the bathroom, dirty grout and baseboards, leaking ac unit outside and slippery floors.
When brought the issues with front desk, they started yelling at us and threatened to call police.

It was a nice stay! We were at the parks all day, but the night we spent there was comfortable, and we slept well.

The property was great for the price and the staff were also great. The breakfast was better than more expensive hotels and the pool area was well maintained. The only reason not giving this place a 10 of 10 is because the bathroom needs some renovation, but it was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good breakfast buffet every morning. Diverse options. The bedrooms are cleaned nicely. A nice pool open from 8 AM - 10 PM. Everything is good.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and truly it was the best choice for us. We are a family of 6 & there was room for us to walk around each other & not bump, table to sit and eat, living area to watch tv- and 2 comfortable beds! Everything was clean & staff was pleasant. Would stay here again!

Staff was always nice and professional. Rooms were nice and clean and breakfast was great. Only thing i didnt like was when i went to check out at 530am, no one was at the front desk and i gave my room cards to a staff member that saw me waiting at the front desk. Now im just praying that I was checked out and i wont be receiving a surprise charge on my card later on. They should always have someone at the front desk. Other than that, great place to stay!

It is very close to Animal Kingdom! It has a variety of restaurants and gift shops nearby. The breakfast was so good!

Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and well stock. Floor has been recently remodeled. Staff was friendly. Only thing was that the breakfast area is small and had to wait in line.

Staff were nice. Rooms were clean and beds very comfy. Parking was plenty and we felt safe. Room had a musty smell and the tv channels weren’t many. But overall great value for the price paid!
