Absolutely terrible, the rooms smelled terrible, beds were not properly cleaned, and the overall ambiance of the hotel (I'm being very charitable here, but hotel seems insulting to other establishments out there) felt unsafe. Avoid if possible.

The structure was very nice and the room seemed clean and was comfortable. The person who checked us in was awesome. However the person who was on duty the next morning was horrible. The service from that person made our trip feel terrible. It seemed like this person did not understand English properly. We called very early in the morning and asked what is the time for breakfast. The person asked us to repeat several times. Eventually they said 9:30. We waited until 9:30 then came down for breakfast. When we got there breakfast was wrapping up. I told the lady at the front desk that we called much earlier and asked and we were told 9:30. She simply said no breakfast for you. You are too late. We tried to explain. Persons were leaving the breakfast area and still they offered my wife and I nothing. They simply said too late too late nothing for you. This was so horrible because we got to the hotel at 11:29pm the night and there was nothing available to eat. And we were in the morning denied breakfast even after they knew that they gave us wrong information on the phone and none of these times were told to us when when checked in late that night and none of these times are posted in the rooms

Room was good on the inside.
But the hallways are not very appealing. It looks very old and carpet looks dirty, the doors look old. etc. Hotel needs some serious renovations in that area.

No lights in breakfast area on Nov9morning. So dark, the only light is that one coming through the window. Front desk was left UNATTENDED at night time on Nov9 with 2 guests waiting for almost 15mins. No enough towel and toiletries for 2 guests that we still need to ask. Housekeeper can understand English but responded in Spanish that we couldn't understand.

It is okay to stay in this hotel. The room is clean but for 3days that I have stayed, there were policemen on one night and and on early in the morning. I don't know what is going on but I just felt unsafe. The staff are nice and friendly but I hope the receptionist will pay more attention to the guest. She was talking to someone on her ear phone. I find it very unprofessional especially that we have to wait for her for few minutes because she was not on the desk. Overall, again it was okay since it is affordable.

The picture doesn’t match the hotel. Missing tiles in in the hallways. Exterior doors are not locked and the breakfast was terrible. The chair in the room was very warm and the lining was ripped and visible. In addition the curtains had burn marks and was stained.

Horrible, they should have charged $50 as a deposit, they charged $208.11. They said they would refund it at checkout and instead of refunding it, they charged another $208.11. It took 3 days for them to refund the first amount after checkout, and almost 2 weeks for them to refund the second amount. Rude reception, Rude front desk, both at night and during the day. They didn't clean the room in the 2 days we were there, we had to ask to change rooms on the third day because they hadn't cleaned it. Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone.

From the moment we checked in someone dropped food by the trash room in the hallway . Thought it would be cleaned up by house keeping. We checked out the next morning the food was just swept to the side. Just felt uncomfortable the rest of the night. Outdated furniture and old fridge but the Staff was friendly.

We cancelled the reservation by calling hotel 4 times because it was located in the wrong state. We searched hotels.com for Fairfield CT but were linked to a hotel in Fairfield NJ. The hotel kept 'dropping' our calls & made cancellation difficult.

Nothing worked properly no ice machine couldn’t even get clean towels. The refrigerator wasn’t working and we weren’t notified before we got the room already. There was no soaps in the bathroom and the front desk was not helpful someone was always on their phone and or not being attentive to when we had questions and concerns.

We understand that front office/desk is under renovation but doesn't mean that the hallways are all dirty including bathtubs. The doors that connect to the parking won't open from the outside with the card and the employees were not notified.

The most horrible experience in my life, flies, cockroaches, everything was so disgusting, reservations for two and towels for one person request 3 times more towels. I flew for a family reunion when I came back last night what a surprise cockroach on the bed , almost 1am to look for another hotel, I been in 1 star hotel which the service was 100% better. The hotel it’s in renovation which makes the hotel been very dusty. The bed, the mattress looks that they took from the trash. The bath tub was horrible disgusting. This hotel don’t deserve to have guests in this disgusting conditions I’m going to call to the city for the bugs

The hotel is terrible. I was alone (female) didnt feel safe to open my window curtain on main floor. Walls so thin I heard the next-door rooms tv I heard the next-door rooms TV all night long. I was so over the next morning I packed up and just left and never looked back and took the loss of money Not worth it for another sleepless night in a hotel I didn’t feel safe

I found a bed bug: the toilet was clogged and the room. Had a foul stench. The walls were dirty and the bathroom had hairs. Worst experience ever.

Breakfast was horrible. The breakfast bar wasn't serviced or replenished. Tables weren't cleaned.
Air conditioning in room barely worked and there was none in the breakfast area.

Pur room was auful. It was filthy and one of the beds had no blanket. The inner door to the bathroom was broken. The towels smelled.
When I asked for a blanket, the worker suggested that we move a room. Good thing I checked it out before agreeing cause the second room smelled very bad. So we stayed in the original room.
Breakfast was horrible. There was no water or juice and when I wanted to take some tea a worker pushed me aside without a word.
The walls are very thin and the windows are not completely sealed. We could hear every sound from outside and inside the hotel. On the thord noght our neighbors left their tv on for so loud it sounded as if people are talking eight over my head. I complained but nothing was done about it, so we couldn't sleep the entire night.
Also, it doesn't say so anywhere but apparently the only way to get from the hotel to anywhere else is by a car or uber, so this horrible hotel ended up costing us much more than originally planned.
Never coming back here again in my life!

The carpets were dirty and smelly, the bathtub was black with dirt or mold or something! The place was pretty scary! Lots of noise through the night! It’s not a good place for Expedia to have on their website! We deserve our money back!

Key stopped working 2,3 times had to walk couple times for the same issue, no coffee no eggs no refill in breakfast around 9.30 although timing was until 10 am.

Honestly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff is unhelpful, not at all friendly, unfamiliar with their own dog policies, no one's key card works (myself and other guests). Room smelled musty and mildew was very visible in the bathroom, halfways were very dirty. The "complimentary breakfast" showed a number of heath and safety concerns, doors around the perimeter of the building are left ajar because the locks are broken. It was obvious people who weren't guests knew this and took advantage of the broken doors to host a party. Garbage was everywhere outside and I was concerned about walking my dog anywhere around the property. Pay the extra $20 and go anywhere else!

The linens and mattress were stained and soiled. Blood staines and urine staines covered the mattress. The ahower stall was covered in. Black mold with the shower head covered in rust. Black mold was everywhere and everyrhing was stained. The breakfast was limited and the vending machines were broken. When i asked the ataff for a water they said they dont offer water. The staff also told me that they would drop a plunger off at my room in 45 minutes when i called then to tell them the toilet was backed up from a previouse tenant. Bed frame was broken. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

In transition from La Quinta to a Ramada. Place needs an overhaul. It was however, clean quiet and comfortable especially at the price.

Staff was very rude that they don’t even look at you, floors were dirty, TV was not working for 38 hours out of 48(asked twice to send someone to fix it) ,no towels received after asking for 12 hours, no comforter on one of the beds in the room, we had to call them to bring the comforter,
Floors are so dirty that my white socks changed to black, room was not cleaned on our 2nd day of stay, no housekeeper came to clean the room, and there was no sign to keep outside the door asking housekeeper to come and clean.
My suggestion is don’t even consider breakfast included!
Overall very unprofessional staff and very poor service!

Fine for an overnight emergency stay. Hotel is dingy but the room was clean. At first i was given a room with a broken Bed but was given a change of room once i requested it.

I would give 4 stars but my keycards are constantly not working, the cleaning ladies are wonderful but they can't understand English so it's hard to communicate. Then maintenance, one guy helps everyone and the other guy comes to look at the issue and then you have to chase him around the whole day.And some of the exit doors don't open or close. Then the additional fees that you're charged. So average for now with plenty of room for improvement.

The staff was great. The pool was not clean and unfortunately I let my kids swim in it and the smell was terrible. The breakfast was mediocre. The fruit was not fresh either. The vending machines only took cash and unfortunately the ATM in the lobby was out of order. They don’t sell any water or snacks at the front desk either. Over all never again will we stay here
