Could hardly find parking the day we got there. We finally found one place way out back in a gravel parking lot. We had no luggage cart to take our things upstairs. When I finally go hold of one, a girl on the front desk said she would hold one for us while I went back up for my car key. When I got back down, it was gone. She said the manager was using it for something. We then had to wait AGAIN for it. We were exhausted after driving 9 hours to get there. I also had a pinched nerve in my hip and was in a lot of pain. After having to get the luggage cart over the gravel, to the car, my hip was even worse. I asked the front desk girl if I had to pay for this parking and she said no. The following night, we had to sit in our car for 20 minutes while the parking lot emptied out from people who they had rented out the parking places to. I was exhausted. I had worked a 10 hour day.night. The next day, I got a bill for almost $50 for our parking. I asked the manager about it, and she said everyone paid for parking. I said the girl at the desk said I wasn't getting charged for parking and she repeated very rudely that everyone had to pay for parking. There were other issues as well, but I found it insulting that they rent out their parking lot to people seeing concerts at the venue almost next door, making it difficult for their guests to find parking, and also to even get into the parking lot because people are leaving and blocking it with their cars. Other staff members were rude!

It was a good overnight. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Extra counter and bench (like a makeup counter) were a great addition in our room. The only missing was a microwave. We thought there would be one in our room from what we read while booking the room.

The listing for how much it is to park. It is incorrect.
On hotels.com it says $20. We were told by the lady at desk $19 but then was charged $25!!! It ended up being over $100 after exchange rate to park for three days.
When called and spoke to person they just said it is what it is.
Breakfast was meh and the person who checked us in was rude, refused to give us two hotel keys. We only were allowed one. And then when we asked about parking she threw a parking tag at us partially filled out and of course told us the wrong price.

My stay was good, I just don't understand why guest have to pay for parking then the hotel sells parking to people going to a concert down the street. So when I returned i had to find a spot on the back side of the building next to the old run down closed up part of the hotel. Also why are the no microwaves in the rooms.

1. In amenities microwave was included but there was no microwave in room. It has one microwave in lobby.

This is an OK hotel to stay near the airport but we had an early flight so we did not have any breakfast or coffee. We picked this hotel because it had a shuttle service to the airport. WE waited 30 min for the bus when we arrived at OHare airport. The driver and staff told us they only have one shuttle driver so it is a 30-40 min wait.

Very easy check in process, stay was very nice.
I called down for an item, was told to come down and ask the bar, got to the bar and the gentleman was a little less than friendly and said item was not available as stated.
The young lady at the desk was very friendly and apologized for the misunderstanding.

Except for one thing... I accidentally left my souvenier Chicago Cubs Jersey (Dawson # 9) on the back) in room 409. Upon inquiring and waiting, I learned the jersey was NOT in that room. Hmm?? Where could it have disappeared to?
Well, I have asked the Rosemont Police Dept to help figure out where my missing item may have gone

Stayed here overnight which was really enjoyable considering I had a 17 hour flight the following morning. The bed was absolutely comfortable. Lovely staff that answered all questions that was raised with manner and respect, easy parking which is always a convenience, the room was really clean and tidy. Was a pleasure staying here and would recommend to others to use Hyatt Place!

Booked a last minute one night stay when delays made us miss our connecting flight at O’Hare. Good location to get dinner from and close enough to walk to a Target for some items we needed that were in checked luggage. Easy to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.

I was very disappointed in the way that I was serviced by the front desk. I had made my reservations less than two hours before I was notified that the shuttle does not run past 10 PM. I happen to have been stuck at the Chicago O’Hare airport for the night and required last minute accommodations and transportation. The front desk was extremely rude and helping me find a solution. when I requested to cancel this reservation both Expedia as well as the hotel denied it. However, my reservation was less than two hours old. Deeply disappointed in all parties involved.
