I like the gym and heated swimming pool. Big rooms, soft beds. The location is close to the Blue Line, a 10-minute walk away.
This hotel does not have free wifi.

We had an excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant and our room was large and clean with a luxurious bathroom.
We had to pay for parking which I wasn’t expecting.
4.0
It was a comfortable stay without much noise which was surprising due to the airport location and the fact that the room was adjoining - always a concern. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating - I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. Parking was easy and availability was plentiful but will cost you. Starbucks was a good option for decent coffee in the am.
We stayed here for a cheaper option than the city center but traveling back and forth was challenging because of the ever present Chicago traffic. I would probably pay extra to stay in the city but book early. This hotel charges for WiFi access which was disappointing and the ac was a bit noisy but worked well so it was worth the noise.

We had several issues. We had reservations for 2 double rooms and requested that the rooms be close. We had one double room, but one king size handicap accessible room. We went back down to advise that we needed a double bed room. We were assigned a room and went back up, however the key didn’t work. We went back down and I while waiting, I asked what floor the pool was on. He said that they shut down their pool 1 month ago. We weren’t notified of this. We stayed here for the reason of a nice pool for my son’s 3rd birthday. So, then we had to go upstairs get all of our stuff. All in all we ended up not staying at this hotel and found a hotel who had a pool so my 3 year old could enjoy his birthday.

The convenience of being able to be in the same building as the salsa congress and just going downstairs at any time of the day or night. Feeling safe.
Everything was fantastic!!!

I loved my clean and spacious king room! I didn’t want to leave. I liked that my room wasn’t crowded with furniture. Very simple interior but had everything I needed; a little work space, big sofa, fridge, and the bathroom had great compartment for shoes and clothes.
They have a great restaurant that offers unique and tasty food and service was always wonderful and fast.
I wish their gift shop carried a little bit more stuff like yogurt and fresh fruits for healthy snacks.

Great location between the airport and a short walk (with footpaths!) to Rosemont on the blue line. Airport shuttle was reliable and nice, only a short ride to the hotel. Room was lovely and big feeling luxurious with everything you need for an airport hotel stay.
The buffet breakfast is steep at $24 and wasn’t exceptional. WiFi is not included unless you are a Mariott Bonvoy member, so if you book via booking.com it’s best to join before you arrive, otherwise it is $15 for a day which is silly in 2023 and for a hotel of this calibre. I used the pool and although it was lovely to have a pool it was a bit small for swimming lengths. Great for kids though.

I love the decor, the warm shower, beautiful public spaces and how clean it was. The bed is amazing.
The restaurant was disappointing. First my ravioli came in a broth instead of having a sauce. Then half of my order was messed up or forgotten at breakfast. It was just not a great experience.

The free airport shuttle was very helpful. And it's frequency made my trip that much easier.
I had trouble getting from the airport to the hotel via the shuttle as I arrived internationally.
I faced some confusion about the pickup location and what time it would arrive.

Nice clean room. Quick dinner at restaurant- good food and service
No issues- would stay again

Property is very clean, staff was nice, shuttle to airport is convenient
The walls were paper thin. There were multiple families on our floor that were slamming the doors to their room and shouting across to one another until early in the morning. We didn't sleep a wink before an early morning flight, which defeated the purpose of us staying there. I wouldn't stay here again knowing how thin the walls are.

Clean and good location
The hotel tried to charge me $75 to early check in

The room was not only beautiful, but incredibly practical. Loved the closet in the bathroom, the extra towel hooks, the couch/bed/luggage table, the automatic light under the bath vanity, and even the makeup mirror.
The lobby is lovely. Like having the Starbucks handy in the morning.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They managed to get me into a room before check-in time.
Only negative were the noisy doors. Not a big deal except early in the morning. They slam shut and we heard everyone leave and every ding of the elevator.

bed was very comfortable, clean room, staff was very nice,
the bus to the airport was super bumpy and loud with the wheelchair access bumping and the loudness of the device, they could really use a new shuttle

I went back and forth because there was water shut down at night. The staff just said there was no water and didn't tell me where to go. It was so inconvenient and I don't think I would have stayed at this hotel if you let me know when I checked in.

Room spacious, bed comfortable, quiet sleep and shuttle service as advertised. Good choice of restaurants etc. in walking distance. Would stay again.

My family used long term parking at the hotel to fly overseas from O'hare. The hotel was a very nice and extremely convenient place to stay when arriving back at a late hour and not wanting to hit the road while tired. The rooms were very large and clean and nicely equipped. The shuttle from the airport was quick and easy.
The cost was high, but then everything in Chicago is.
4.0
conveniently located close to Chicago’s international airport. Friendly and helpful staff. convenient and quick check-in and check-out procedure. Clean room and comfortable bed: I slept like a baby! although I didn’t use it, I also noticed a convenient and frequently offered airport shuttle service
Hotel guest parking $34 per night, which was not announced anywhere on forehand; a somewhat unpleasant surprise….
Restaurant and bar are way too small for this size hotel and this does not inspire to have breakfast/dinner at the hotel. Felt forced though to have dinner outside the hotel. Happy there was a Starbucks on site, offering at least room to sit down, both indoors and outdoors, for coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
