I arrived to a line 5 people at 6:35 pm which is not part of the problem, the problem was that it was 7:15 pm before I was able to check in. Once checking in i was told that they didn't have the room that I had reserved and I was put into a different room. The person at the counter seemed overwhelmed and stated that he had no other help and that the previous shift had "changed things" and that was why it was taking so long. People that were ahead of me needed another room for their group that they hadn't booked and i suspect that they were given the room i reserved with the couch to accommodate multiple guests. Once i entered my room I went to take a shower and the water was cold. I went to the front desk and was told that the "H" and the "C" were backward, that however was not the case. The water would not get warm no matter where it was adjusted. The shower opens from the wrong side and gives you no alternative but to be blasted by freezing water to turn it on, this would be the case even if the hot water worked. Quite possibly the least thought out comfort killer ever. Not at all happy with the stay.

We have stayed here for business for the last 8 years.
I have always been able to ck in a bit early as I need to get ready for work. They would not even let me ck in at 2:00, which was disappointing.

Place was nice. Had an indoor gym, pool, and hot tub. Staff was friendly. There was an IHOP inside which was convenient.

The hotel has a little bit of a musty smell but overall is clean. Pool was in the middle of a walkway to the rooms, which is awkward at first but easy to see my child and the chlorine smell is not as strong as compared to isolated pool. We had a storm during the night and the glass roof over the pool where the walkway area is started leaking. I liked that IHOP is connected to the hotel.

Very underrated location. I stayed here before and the place is always nice. The worst thing I could say is the ice machine was broken but then the manager went to IHOP next door and got me a bucket of ice!

Pool closed too early, we had ants in the room.
We found finger nails clippings around the edge of bed. Otherwise it was average property.

TV in the room was broken, bathroom shower handle broken. I felt like we were staying in the hood, alot of chaos around pool area until after 2am. Was not worth the money to stay here. Staff was friendly & bed was comfortable. I would not stay here again. Floors in the common area were wet, ice machine down.

Area and location of the hotel were great. Ice machines were not working and neither was one of the elevators. Many people at 10:30 at night trying to get to rooms after a MLB Brewers game.

We arrived at 4:05 and the hostess was checking in a guest. They had 4 rooms and they were checking if the rooms were cleaned(Check in is 4:00) They waited and it took awhile for them to check. When it was finally our turn she had to check if ours was clean. This took longer as well.When we got to our room and were relaxing and using the bathroom the door opened. We found out later it was housekeeping checking if the room was done. I felt unsafe at that point because that never happened ever before anywhere.We went to the game and came back and the tv didn't work. The pool is only open until 9pm on a Saturday night.So no TV, no pool. Ridiculous. The next morning the shower never got hot enough so we took lukewarm showers. And the hallways smelled like pot which did not impress me at all.(And we were on the 1st floor) The only plus is the IHOP on property with good food and a bar.

Lots of people hanging around outside even had one ask me if I could get them a room. Glad husband was with me or I would have never checked in as didn’t seem safe.

Tried to charge extra fees upon arrival. Was put in a room with only about 1/4 of a window. Building was not secured, anyone could just walk in. Staff was rude. Ants in room. Furniture in room was falling apart. No continental breakfast. Hot tub was uninviting. Outside of building was dirty, falling apart, and full of garbage. Water barely got warm enough to shower. Shower very tight area barely enough room.

When I checked in at 10:00pm, They told me they had no water, no running elevator. After caring my suitcase up the steps and getting into my room, I walked into a room that had not been cleaned, at all.
Carried my luggage back down the stairs, and had to do it all over again. No compensation whatsoever.

The hotel is currently going under some big renovations so its not quite as cozy as it seems online. One of the elevators was out of service but we were told that upon check in and it was only a slight inconvenience. Our only complaint was some REALLY loud neighbors but that was not the hotels fault. We did utilize the pool, common areas, and having IHop in the lobby was convenient!

Checked in late, 11:40 pm. Was hot and tired from the long day, staff was friendly, efficient and polite. Room was clean, in good shape, spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
