Bed was comfortable, very clean, tv does need better channels especially with sports coming up this Fall, love the location, easy access to dining and new Hard Rock Casino opening soon , easy parking right outside your door , ice and vending is a walk but overall a nice clean place!!

It was a convenient place to stay and pet stay was free, which was great! The room was clean surrounding areas. The only issue was the room AC vent was blowing out a horrible smell. So, we had to spray the room to take the smell. Not sure if the vents need to be cleaned, but it smelled bad.

The cleaning staff was wonderful and did a great job. The front desk staff was terrible. The hotel turned off the water during our stay for routine maintenance, after the water was turned back on our toilet wouldn't work. Long story short they moved us into a room another where the carpeting was COVERED in mold. When we pointed this out to the front desk we were told we could accept the room as is or we were welcome to check out without a refund. The horrible night shift front desk staff was completely disrespectful and couldn't care less. We ended up going back to the room with the broken toilet and just used the bathtub as a toilet. What else were we supposed to do?? It was a horrible experience and I would never never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like to be honest on my review overall it was a great stay, no issues, with cleanliness no problem there, not much noise at night, rooms and bathroom was clean, had a nice office area to work in if you were working or needing to work on the road, the only Gripe i had is the cost, and it being an inn, there was no food provided, and for me cost should have been less, but overall a good place to stay and as long as you are looking for a spot near Rockford casino and you don't need meals as a amenity, then this spot is one to stay in

The first room I received was terrible, dirty floors, a bag covering the smoke alarm or camera (no telling) smelled old, the shower had to have been at least 25 yrs behind and it was suppose to be a deluxe. The young lady on 2nd shift was terrific and understood my situation. Can’t say much for the others

Upon getting into our room, there was bugs on the bathroom floor. It smelled dirty, and the air conditioner did not get very cool. Toilet got clogged and they had no plunger to help unclog it. We had to go buy our own plunger. The lights above the bed had yellow grease stains on them. The air conditioner vent was full of dirt, dust and crumbs. I would definitely not recommend this as a place to stay. The only thing positive is the lady that checked us in was pleasant but otherwise no one helped with the toilet situation. It is very outdated and dirty. The only reason I stayed is because there were no other rooms available and the vicinity.

As soon as I checked in I was greeted with a very rude employee ( who i refuse to disclose her name). I tried explaining I had a reservation thru Hotels.com she continued to tell me they dont advise their guests to book thru this site. I couldn't get this woman to look at my reservation. It pissed me off so I had to check her: she then apologizes & says she has so much work to get done. Honestly not my problem especially since that experience left a real bad taste in my mouth for my stay.

Checkin was easy. However, the room wasn’t great. They said smoke free rooms but there were cigarette burns in the comforters. You could hear everything in the rooms. Cars, people, etc. paper thin walls. To top it off there was a giant dildo baking in the parking lot.
