Close to all of Downtown! Pool and hot tub with reasonable rates:)

Our room reeked of fabulouso which gave everyone a headache. Bath towels were the size of a hand towel and super thin. The room didn't have properly fitted curtains so the sun woke everyone up as soon as it was sunrise. Terrible breakfast with even worse coffee. This hotel is in a great location but needs a lot of work.

It was all clean and nice. Front desk Dominic was very helpful. We had a reservation for four nights and the room was never serviced. No trash clean up, no additional clean cups, no extra coffee, except what we went to the desk to ask for. Could have been better.

Place looked like a hospital turned into hotel. Way over priced. Great location but bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Pillow like a sack of jeans. Would have been fine paying $100 but it was $311 with tax. Complete rip off.

This modernist vintage building brings back images of Kenosha's glory days before the industrial collapse of the midwest. Clean, well-run, and quiet. A good move is to make sure you get a lake-view room, the sunrise is glorious. Anna's bakery next door is a good place for breakfast or lunch; Cap'n Mikes is good for dinner and drinks. Lots of nice food venues within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Hotel was nice overall, just some small improvements. There’s no hook to hang up your towels in the bathroom, bathroom supplies were minimal. Front desk staff were courteous but not overly helpful with suggestions to dine etc. breakfast was average.

Soap for shower tiny, no Kleenex in room , bare minimum.

Nice Hotel, clean and spacious rooms. We loved the Harbour view. Nice Beach in walking distance. Next time in Kenosha we will stay again.

Paid for lake view room but got parking view room. Front person said he can not do anything about it.....

Overall fantastic hotel to stay at. Workers were all very pleasant and professional. Only bad thing we experienced was on the second morning we were there the eggs ran out with about 15 minutes left for the breakfast time and were never refilled. However, for hotel breakfasts the quality was very good. Also, the hot tub and fitness center were great amenities. Would love to stay here again.

Cleanliness of common areas was excellent Room was average- bathroon floor needed swept.

Being on the lake is beautiful. The hotel definitely needs some upgrades. The toilet paper holder was about to fall off, 1 of the drawers were all askew. The bed was hard as a rock.

Comfortable so far

We had a great experience- stayed 1 night to fish with a local charter. Would stay again.

I really appreciated the hotel contacting us and that we were able to check in early. Also checking out.

What I didn't like is the creaky door of my room and the smell of smoke and not the the good kind in the hallway. I chose the hotel because it has a wonderful view of the lake.

The location is beautiful and the front desk staff was very nice but the rooms are not in good condition. The safe was broken and the fan in the bathroom did not go on. We called the front desk about the safe when we arrived and they said they would send someone to fix it and they never did. We asked about the fan and they said there is not one but there is a switch for it on the wall so we found that very odd and what bathroom does not offer ventilation? We went down to the bar to have a drink and were told it was bought out by a private party and they would not serve the guests? How can you offer a bar at your establishment and then close it off to the guests staying with you? We then placed a room service order and 30 in later got a call back that due to the holiday they closed the kitchen so there was no room service and they would refund my money. Why did it take 30 minutes after taking my order over the phone to tell me the kitchen was closed and they would not fill the order? We talked to the front desk representative at check out and they did not seem to care too much. While it was the 4th of July holiday, that does not condone closing out the bar and restaurant to your guests who are paying to stay there. The view and location were wonderful but the hotel was very disappointing.

The location is amazing. The property is old, but we don’t stay there for the hotel. It is all about the location.

We chose to stay a night to view the fireworks on the Kenosha harbor. The property is walkable, to local eatrries and bars. We stayed in a city view room with a king sized bed, it was comfortable. The room was spacious for two people. Although the property itself seemed clean the down side was the smell of the room when we first entered, clearly the carpet has not been cleaned in sometime. It is okay to stay one night.

We had requested adjoining rooms; we had rooms next door but not adjoining. We had a person with special needs in our group so this made things more difficult for us. We had also requested a roll away, and while I understand that there was not room for this, we should have been made aware of this beforehand. The staff at check in was rude and very short about these two requests, and then initially overcharged me until I showed them the reservation and price on my phone. One of the rooms had a warp in the floor right by the door, so the door could barely open and close, and was incredibly loud when doing so. Breakfast was very nice.

If there was a 4.5 star option, that’s would I would give this property. Now, I stayed in a second floor street view room, so the view was not wonderful. However, the lake view is more a view of the cut going out to the lake, so I wasn’t missing much. What I did like was that you could walk to places to eat and it was central to Kenosha for my family to pick me up when we went out. The room was clean, including sheets and the bathroom. Bit dated and a few spots in the shower ceiling could use some TLC from the moisture (bubbling, no mold). Morning breakfast is 7 am to 10 am and was good; pancakes instead of waffles here. Went to the Comedy Club; Phil Selman wasn’t wonderful. No setup and worked the room. Even with a few drinks he really missed the mark. Good gym on the second floor there, 5 am to 11 pm, and the spa and pool area was clean, 9 am to 10 pm, but be forewarned - the entire pool is ONLY 3 ft deep. You can do laps and float, but that’s all. Great though if you have small kids (I went midday between lunch and dinner on a weekday so I did not run into anyone).

Only 3 of the 10 days had full maid service. 2 days we had to ask for clean towels at the front desk. 1 day we had partial service (clean towels). 4 days we received no maid service. Not our choice.

It was convenient to where we were going. Price was good. The lake view was awesome.

The location was beautiful. They respected our privacy. They gave us everything we needed when we needed it.

The location is beautiful and convenient for downtown walking and site seeing. Our room was mildly updated. Mold around the shower, sink, AC unit and windows, curtains torn and partially hanging on, mattress was beyond awful and bed sheet stained with yellow spot. Breakfast was marginal at best. Unfortunately we wont be staying there ever again unless major updates are done. Pool was ok, very shallow at only 3ft deep.
