Shower water was not strong enough

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

The cleanliness of this hotel needs work. Our bathroom was disgusting. The main part of our room was clean but it was like they forgot to clean the bathroom. There was brown gunk all over the shower wall and yellow dried soap on the shower shelves. Also there was baseboard missing, the ceiling paint was peeling, and the wallpaper was peeling. When we walked down the hall, there was garbage on the floor. The walls were paper thin, you could hear the elevator ding and we were located at the end of the hall.

the rooms were dingy. baseboards unfinished and dusty, no extra blanket, etc. no hair dryer and then when one was brought to me, I couldn’t plug it in. And the wires were exposed so I got a shock while trying to plug it in. the person at the desk simply said there weren’t any others.

The breakfast was awesome; however, the gallon milk had expired 2 days prior. Which may have been an oversight on the servers park, no big thing.

When I left that morning the front desk clerk wasn’t friendly unlike the night shift clerk that greeted me when I arrived to check in.

Comedy show

I was charged more for my stay, than what I was quoted. My balance with taxes included was 234.99 , I arrive for my stay and was informed that I was paying something different. What a scam. The room was half cleaned, there was food and trash left from previous guest.

The location is the main reason we stay at the Wyndham.

We stay here because they have pool/hot tub. The pool was so cold even the kids at the hotel wouldn't use it and they ended up splashing and playing in the hot tub - not very relaxing for adults.

Electrical problems again

everything was great about the place except for some of the staff, weren’t as friendly as we would of liked and this black lady at front rolled her eyes so hard when we asked if they can replace the batteries on the fire alarm cuz it was beeping every couple minutes..and that’s right when we got there so not a good impression, and I didn’t think it was that big of a request and we were so friendly about so that was a bit awkward other than that everything else was good!

The first room had the curtain falling off of the wall. The second room had holes in the ceiling, no desk chair, no leisure chair, and wall tile missing.
