Nice place, met our needs for a clean room and bath. Good breakfast also.

I appreciated the location of the hotel and the easy check in process. I was thoroughly disappointed with cleanliness. Whoever cleaned the room before I stayed there must have sprinkled hair all over - there was hair on the toilet paper roll, folded into the face towel, in the bathtub, and finally in the bed. I found these as my evening progressed, thinking it's a one-off, and yet I kept finding hairs. The property failed to offer any compensation to make it right, and said they would take a note and let housekeeping know. Disappointing.

Our room was very nice. It looked like it had been renovated recently. We were happy that they had a laundry room. There was a small breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Quiet with friendly staff. Breakfast was decent.We had a two room suite, which I didn’t expect and was awesome since hubby snores. Overall great value and would absolutely choose this again over the higher rated Holiday Inn Express that had paper thin walls and a blast of ships all night.

The room was clean and the staff was nice, however when we opened the door the room was hot and stuffy, because the AC wasn’t on. As the result the indoor air quality was poor. The common areas carpet weren’t very clean. The room pictures look better than in real life when I checked in, so it was a let down.

Property is in need of a clean and update. Bedding was old and not comfortable. Sitting room was dark with only one small lamp. Totally useless. Rugs in hallway seemed sticky. I was a bit disappointed for the price.

The property was great, the location was great to catch the ferry, but it was hot. I booked a family suite and the air was in the bedroom and was SO loud! If you have the bedroom door shut the other room gets so hot. Everything else about the property was good. They have a good sized grassy patch at the front and back for your pets.

We picked this hotel because many said rooms were redone and clean. They must be blind!!! It was disgusting....... Bathroom we didn't even want to shower in. Needs new owners as current ones obviously don't care at all ..................

First of all the photos are deceiving. The carpets had a very strong odour. We ended up opening the window and the odour was still very prevalent. I did ask whether there were other rooms but the attendant said they were fully booked. The water pressure was so low we could not shower. The water was so hard there was absolutely no suds from the soap.
