You can’t beat the price, but next time I’d stay in a different room. Cheap nightly rate for rooms on pool side, which are very humid. Shower and sink in our room drained but extremely slowly and toilet ran for forever after flushing. But, everywhere was clean. Pool was well maintained and the lobby was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. Restaurant is a typical small hotel place, things were alright.
Staff for the most part, were wonderful. I have a SD and this hotel was very accommodating. There was a security guard and cameras. Location is excellent. We would stay again.

It was just okay. We had to book very last minute for the Christmas parade. The room was not super clean. Bathroom was a little musty smelling. The hot water would fade in and out during a shower. Hot then cold and back and forth. The outlet beside the bed went out during the stay. It just stopped working. Our TV remote never worked. The noise was pretty significant especially after 9 pm. We ended up right next to the pool that was supposed to close at 11 pm. It was well into the night before everyone left the pool. If I could get a different room, I would consider staying again. It was about a half mile walk to traffic light 8 and Gatlinburg shops and main drag which was the main reason we booked it. Just be away the walk back to the hotel is a little steep.

Nice location in reference to parkway. Restaurant located in lodge had good food. We ate dinner only while there. Take note that breakfast at the lodge is an additional fee. Room I had needed updating. Toilet in room was wobbly. Carpet at transition to tile for bathroom area was coming up and shredded looking. Tub had a stain in it that looked to be from maybe a non-skid mat that was placed at one time. The "extra security lock" on the upper aspect of the door was gone. Just the latch was left. Bed and pillows were comfortable. And check in staff was amazing. The reception area to the lodge was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

The reviews on this hotel are SERIOUSLY misleading. The rooms are “renovated” but it is far more of a “manager special” type of renovation than an actual renovation. There was mold in the corners of the bathroom, cracks and holes in the bathtub, and worst of all, ROACHES!!!! We found 2 roaches in the bathroom on the morning of checkout. I brought it to the attention of the checkout desk clerk. We were told that because of the cold the roaches come in. I have stayed in several hotels and airbnb’s in the area and have never had this issue. Nick, who I am assuming is the manager, was standing nearby during this conversation and accommodated us accordingly, which we really appreciated. However, we will not be staying here again.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant food was good and a great price. The pool was fantastic. The rooms look a little older, but very clean and comfortable.

Had inside pool room. Hotel is very old and in dire need of remodel. But for Rocky top football tournaments the hotel was great for what we needed. Hotel staff was friendly and the kids loved the pool.
Parking, like everywhere else in Gatlinburg, was difficult. After 8pm, no parking available. Lot was full and had to park at hotel next door.
Other than that, no issues with anything at the hotel. Would recommend for anyone looking for a pool hotel and pretty neat the rooms are inside pool area. Only downfall, rooms get moisture in them from pool condensation. Will most likely use again on future trips.

This is out second year staying here 2023 being the 1st time , they actually gave us the exact same room as last year which we were completely fine with. We book an outside room so it's not in the main building it has a railed walkway and each room has a sitting chair outside. The room was just as comfortable as last year the only thing I would recommend is then revamping the outside rooms the inside are definitely more modern up to date then the outer ones
Staff is always nice for the most part on checking out I had a rather odd exchange with one of the front desk clerks and the customer service was definitely not there

The pool and lobby area is updated and clean. Plenty of space in pool lounge area. The room needs updated. It’s was okay but I expected it to be nicer. Door didn’t close right. Neighbors party til 3 am and the walls are paper thin. We had a baby with us so no one really slept. We left a day early.

The hotel was great. We loved the pool and restaurant. Our only complaint was that the shower would change back and forth between scalding hot and ice cold several times every shower without adjusting the temperature.

The hotel was nicely decorated . Parking was horrible - one vehicle pulling a small trailer took four parking spaces- other vehicles pulled in fire lane and blocked you in . Not enough towels left in room - and beds were hard ! The staff was very friendly ! The pool was cold ! Only one elevator that you had to stand and wait on . It was a good location.

Pool's and hot tub are dated but fun.
Restaurant should be open all morning afternoon and evening but closes after breakfast and has odd hours. Rooms are nice for the age, beds are soft top memory foam or something like that, bathroom is a little cramped; door almost touches the toilet lol.
Overall it is what it is for the $

The staff at this hotel is excellent. They were friendly and very polite. When I requested a crib, they brought one up right away. The restaurant in the hotel was good and I appreciated that you could order food or purchase quick snacks or drinks. The pool was amazing and well maintained. If you're staying in a room that is poolside, it may be a little noisy until the pool closes, although it didn’t bother me or my children. I would definitely return.

Loved the proximity to main street in Gatlinburg, everything was clean. Pool area was nice. Only thing I think they need to upgrade is restaurant food. Food was horrible, ordered chichen parm and it was cut up chicken pattie with no taste. Breakfast was no more than what I can get for free at other hotels.

My best friend and l went for 2 nights to go shopping and just enjoy ourselves. This hotel is about a block off the main road but trolley runs right outside the hotel. Awesome indoor pool and waterfall area stays open till 11:00. The staff was nice but hands off to Heta at the front desk, she was the sweetest young lady 😊
P.S. if you like real bears there was one in the parking lot!!

Didn’t know pool view meant walkway right outside our window and door. Had to keep curtains closed, no sheers so it was very dark.

I will not stay here again. Very much in need of updating and repair. Cobwebs all over the room. Cracks showing outside light around doors. Tv remote had dead batteries. The only thing good was the staff and the bed.

This was a very budget friendly stay. The hotel has great amenities, staff and location. We were in one of their older rooms which still had everything I was expecting.

Really really needs updated but most places in Gatlinburg do. I appreciated the pool, but a little unhappy we were so far from the main hotel being on the back outside. We could NOT find parking at night. That was very unfortunate but maybe our mistake for coming on a holiday weekend. Overall, wasn’t the worst place!
