Great location. Horrible stay. Walked into a mold smelling infested room. Dead roaches eveywhere. The Denny’s that’s built in has horrible customer service. Would not recommend. PLEASE CONSIDER A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

Place was very dated, dirty, and in poor condition. Woke up to puddles of water on the floor because the air conditioner leaked all over. The sheets appeared to be washed but had stains on them. The bathroom had a constant sewage smell. The refrigerator was barely cool at best. Would not recomend staying here! Oh almost forgot, front desk girls were not very welcoming, actually they were rude.

For what it is, it was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Clean. Inexpensive. Overall solid experience. Can't beat this location at this price. I will stay here again.

We were in town for a Music Fest, the hotel was perfectly located and it had a nice swimming pool & the best was it had a 24 hour Denny's on site, food was great!

Turned around and drove away. The room was old fashioned and felt dirty. Sort of place where you’d wake up to sirens and crime scene tape.

The property is near of many places we were able to go by foot, indeed we walked everywere. All in all We enjoyed our staying.

Outside of the rooms where the old ACs leak water and very noisy and also saw a bum nearby smoking weed and doing drugs. It’s not a nice atmosphere for families that stay there for being the first time at this hotel.

The property was recently painted and looks great! Our room appeared to have been recently renovated with vinyl flooring, nice artwork and bedding. Even though the property is between 2 major roadways, it was peaceful and quiet. The pool area was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was a slow draining tub, but that could happen to anyone at anytime. Overall, a very good experience!

Would stay again . Very friendly staff only issue I had was tub wouldn’t drain after my shower I call the girls up front and had maintenance there with in 15 minutes…

The staff definitely has motivational problems. We ended up tracking them down for new towels and swept our own room out with a borrowed broom from the front office. Location is great. Pool is nice.

Bathrooms and linens were clean, but furniture needed to be wiped down better. The lamps and phone were dusty and furniture was grimy. All of our plug ins were loose and lamps were old, with one being extremely difficult to turn on with a push switch. There are no updates for phone chargers, so you need an electrical box to charge. We had to use the outlet at the sink/hairdryer or behind the nightstand since the others were so loose. There is a Denny’s on site with excellent service. The coffee in the lobby and room is terrible, so even if you don’t eat at Denny’s buy some takeout coffee there which is a LOT better. It seems as if the bathroom has been updated, but not the rest of the room.

On the plus side, it’s very convenient walking distance to the historic district. It was very quiet (too quiet? Pulling up at first I thought it was an abandoned property)
Checking in was easy though the attendant wasn’t very warm or welcoming.
The Denny’s onsite is convenient.
The room could use an update. Some dirty walls and broken light fixtures.
Overall, worth the money for our little vacation. It served it’s purpose.

Beds were comfy water was hot glad to see no carpet!! But we were family of 4 (2 16 year old girls). and the pillows were like wading up a towel to sleep on. Went to get towels as there were only 2 the front desk didn’t want to give me any and she fineally said ok I’ll give you two. So we had to share towels. Killed three cockroaches. So hope we don’t bring any home with us!! Other wise the stay is nice walking distance and seems to be very quit.

I did not have any issues with the booking and the pet fee is very reasonable! However, the hotel is extremely outdated, dark, and just feels dirty. It was relatively clean, but stained and had a few hairs. There were cockroaches outside all around the front door and we saw one inside of the room as well. This hotel needs some help. Would have expected a little better for the price.
