Hotel in a great location for where we were going, lovely room very clean and comfy bed.
We were woken at 5am by a door being slammed, then continually for the next few hours with doors slamming. Housekeeping were very loud in the corridor, even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door.

Check up lasted forever due to the "necessity" to do a pre-authorisation on my card and the terminal was very very slow. After a long trip this can be quite annoying specially if you already booked everything on line...

The staff was wonderful. Let us store our luggage after checking out so we could spend the day before our train touring Nottingham. Breakfast was delicious. Clean room, friendly staff.

The staff at the hotel were very good at front of house. I had sent a request regarding the room location and they did exactly as asked for. Nice touch.
Always greeted as passing by desk or bar areas.
Breakfast take for 3 days and always good and well refreshed, keeping things fresh and available. Did ask for a tray to take food back to our room for my wife, rapidly made available and a nice personal message made on the tray cover! Very nice touch.
Used hotel for a family gathering, shall be back next year. Thanks to all the staff and that includes the excellent room staff too!

Stayed here as we were visiting Nottingham for a wedding. The staff were all very friendly and the restaurant food was very good. The room was very well equipped and clean.

Lovely newly renovated hotel. We appreciated the 2 comfortable double beds in the room. Aircon worked well. The shower was great.

The hotel was 10 mins drive from the train station. Located next to supermarket and fast food chains. We received a warm reception and a lovely cozy family roo. Two comfy double size beds. Very clean and just what we needed really. The only thing we didn't have which wasn't major was a fridge which I think woukd be a nice touch for a family room.

The eestaurant staff were very friendly.

Our stay in this Hotel was excellent.
The room was big enough for the 2 if us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The check in was easy and smooth. The food in the restaurant was also excellent and a good range to choose from.
Overall this would be one of the better Hotels we have stayed in on our 5 week road trip around the UK.
