This was a quick stop over for us. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety.

A quick overnight stay, got delayed on the drive so we got in rather late but the front desk staff that evening was so kind and welcoming. The morning staff and breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and updated, comfy sleeps!!

Okay for one-night stay while passing through Provo. Easy access to I15. Property seems a bit tired, but okay cleanliness. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had all the customary hot and cold offerings. Comfortable lobby seating area.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part, but the bathroom needed attention when we got there. We had requested an accessible room but there was a tub instead of a walk/in shower, and the shower chair had a bent leg - good thing I didn’t try to sit on it!

Stayed here 2 nights for a conference in town. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, I was able to bring my cat. Only downside is the tvs are small and very few channels. I love the price! I was thought it would be lower quality because of how good the price is but it’s not! I will definitely stay here again!

Well-kept older hotel. Clean and comfortable but no frills. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice. Hubby had to tighten toilet seat because it was very loose. Otherwise, perfect for the six hours we were there.

They did not offer an early check in and stood by their 4pm check in policy. The rooms are a little run down but passable. Our shower door was broken and the shower head was clogged, so there was very little water pressure

Pet friendly and was clean, safe, and convenient. All the things we needed. Bfast was more of a grab and go but was decent. Pool and Jacuzzi was amazing. Trash, new towels and beds were made daily. That was nice. We will be back!

The personnel were grumpy and not helpful. I waited 10 minutes for the girl to get off the phone to get ice since the ice machine wasn’t working while two other employees made sure to not make eye contact for acknowledge me. The girl on the phone seemed stressed but was trying to get to me. We got back to our room in the middle of the day to find our keys not working and had to go back to the front desk to get them fixed. My sister was staying there and walked in just after checking in to a dirty room where the beds were unmade and towels were everywhere. They didn’t believe her until she showed pictures. Our room was so out of date and the water controls were backwards. Will not stay here again.

2 separate stays. 2nd room was much better than first. More updated flooring, better mattresses, working plumbing. First room had great shower. Was not looking forward to second stay but was much better. Staff at desk were helpful and kind. Breakfast was decent. Parking was crowded as there was some construction near by. The ground floor exit was flooded when we left. Appeared this happened daily from the sprinkler system. Had to wade through with our luggage. Someone was smoking the wacky weed in their room one night when we came in but luckily at the other end of the hall.

The staff was friendly. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted an handicapped room (I don’t know why he asked) and I said no. It ended up our room was extremely small and the counter and toilet were very low. The shower handle was off so two holes were in the door. The breakfast area was also small and the food was below average.

We were in Provo for Education Week so were really only there in the evening to sleep. The room was a little dated but clean. The carpet really needs stretching as it was badly wrinkled in several places but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The keys wouldn’t open door had to return to front desk twice. The young man at the desk asked if I used the key the right way. I tried it all ways nothing worked he just walked away and then I realized he was going to the room to open the doors. But he said nothing just opened the doors The bed was uncomfortable and the tv was very small (bring your glasses). Ice machine out of service. No tub only a shower took forever for the hot water to reach the shower and we were on the first floor. Just stay somewhere else.

It was a very nice stay. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Not the most modern of buildings but very comfortable. Until the Dogs keep barking!! We had someone with two large dogs in room next to us! Very disruptive woke us up at 7AM one morning.

The overall reason why I rated this a 3 was that it was really noisy especially in the morning. The cleaning staff was really loud in the early morning, yelling down the halls and stuff. The walls do not offer any type of protection to the hall noise. The doors slam shut too which is very loud in the evening and morning when you’re trying to sleep. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would not stay here for anymore than 2 days.

The beds were soft and comfortable. The staff was very kind. The only complaint is that the room doors are very heavy and slam shut. The noise from the doors slamming shut (on their own, not because of the guest doing it) is very loud and jarring.

This is the worst Sleep Inn Hotel I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff loudly announced my room number, compromising my safety. My first room had a dirty comforter with dried snot and visible dirt. After requesting a room change, the second room was even filthier, with gunk on the bathroom countertop, dirt on the toilet, and hair on the towels. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable, even for a budget hotel. I strongly recommend booking at the Fairfield Inn across the street instead.

Hotel was dingy and needed lots of paint and updating. Room was okay. Bathroom counter is outside the bathroom so when you get up in the middle of the night you wake everyone up when washing your hands. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I would not stay here again.

We didn’t even stay. The hotel requested an undisclosed deposit, (the clerk argued with me over it, said it was on the Expedia app, it wasn’t, I had just looked) which we reluctantly paid, a call girl with her “guy” (maybe why they e instituted a deposit?), hallways in need of paint, a barking BIG dog that barked every time someone walked down the hall, no tub, and a poorly prepared room with badly made beds. We ended up walking out and not staying.
