Worst Hampton Inn ever stayed-
Pros-shower water pressure awesome , parking lot lights were plentiful, friendly staff
CONS- Room were dated, rooms stunk!! no ventilation in room. Musty smell on top of nasty odors/smells. Everthing damp feeling including clothes...Breakfast was ok...fruit was old(Bananas brown), gravy like water.
Friends stayed in early spring and didnt see all these Con....We likely won't do this location again....

Overall good. However, the staff walked into our room twice without waiting for us to open the door. It was rather unnerving. After the first time, my wife spoke to the front desk. The 2nd time, just before we left, there was no one at the desk. The staff did knock, but very quietly. They then just barged in without waiting. My wife was afraid to leave anything of value in the room.

Room was clean. Carpet in room looked new. Had a nice hot morning breakfast. However there was a fire alarm due to a faulty elevator sensor late one night. Luckily we were on the 1st floor because the elevator was temporarily turned off.

After 13 hours on the road, we were ready to just relax. The front desk treated us like we were family. Wendy was training a new girl and both were exceptional. From the dinner recommendation to giving us plates from the breakfast buffet for our dinner, they were kind, gracious, and professional. The facility reflected the same home like feeling. If you're looking for a comfortable place after a long day, this is it!

Overall the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Several restaurants in walking distance was convenient since hotel breakfast was lacking in healthy options.

It was conviently located to the interstate and food options. Only complaint is the lights outside keep the room bright even with both privacy blinds shut. The snacks and drinks were not stocked. Breakfast did not have many options unless you like chocalte muffins. Comfort wise minus not being able to blackout the room it was good.

We always stay here when we are in Russellville. Always clean and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location. Always a great stay.

It is a comfortable and nice place to stay. They always have a good breakfast. This time we were on the first floor at the end of the building near a door. We were very surprised that we did not hear people coming in and out making noise. I recommend this place if you want a good clean and cozy place to stay for a fair price.

The hotel staff was very nice. When we checked in after 5pm they gave us a room that had not been clean. The beds not made, towels all over the floor. They gave us another room. Seems they sold the hotel. They were giving people keys to rooms that had people in it. Had some people staying there taking up 7 parking spaces by parking sideways in the lot.

From the moment I walked in to register at the front desk, I felt my choice of hotel for the night was a good one. The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful.
My room could not have been cleaner. The decor was quite pleasing, and the shower was modern and unique. Best of all, I slept like a baby in the super comfortable bed.
Note: There are several places to eat nearby since there is a university down the street.
