Very well kept. Friendly desk. Very clean and comfortable room. Free bfast is plentiful and good. Always nice to have a microwave and mini fridge. Quiet neighborhood. I have stayed here before on my passing from Washington State to the Bay Area and I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice motel. Staff was extremely helpful. The hot tub was great, the pool small. Generally quiet, though could hear people walking and talking in the hall. Breakfast was very good, many options available.

Staff was quick and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Towels were stained, dirty looking. Area felt weird as the homeless community is very near but we were safe as was our vehicle. Price was great. Breakfast mediocre at best.

My apologies to the staff and this in no way is a reflection of them, but there's a public park right in front of the hotel full of meth-heads. They were in large groups, cutting straight through the front parking lot. I'm willing to bet the hotel can't do anything about the homeless drug addicts because of the park being public land and that's absolutely terrible. When I arrived with my wife, I immediately canceled and went elsewhere because I knew that area would become dangerous at night with all that drug activity.

Being very clean is saving this hotel. Free breakfast is a two. Bath tub needs replacing. Good location and parking. Security was a plus!

The staff was really nice at Front desk on my arrival and the lady from the B-fast are.

The only thing good in the hotel was , service of front desk agent . She went above and beyond to
help us with Laundary after we found out the machines aren’t working once we came back to it after an hour.
The lifts smelled bad and so do the corridors .
The worst part is someone broke into our vehicle and stole our two bags and my son’s books that were in a bag. I notified the agent and she mentioned only GM has the access to the cameras and they have overnight security as well.
I haven’t received a call yet from anyone from the hotel still . Terrible experience , on a family vacation and still isn’t over , so couldn’t reach out, messed up our plans big time for rest of the trip.

Great Hotel in Medford and the location is perfect. It says it is Medford south but it is close to the center of town.

Nice property. Well maintained rooms. Staff is friendly, food was ok. Location great. Access good.
Safety and security was my only real concern. Lots of homelessness in medford and they all seem to pass through this area. Some camp overnight in veterans park which is right next door. The hotel has paid security onsite, so safety is not a real problem, but we wanted to walk to local food and shopping and then safety became a concern even though no direct threat was experienced.

Lots of homeless folks in park which is next to hotel parking lot and on walk way to hotel. Armed security patrolling parking area. Desk clerk returned to desk after about 20 minutes stating she had to take out the trash Nothing fancy, older hotel. Breakfast was ok

Dated but comfortable hotel. The park right next to the hotel appears to be a gathering spot for homeless folks. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ordinary. Price was great!
