The hotel is very good for the price

I have seen many sour reviews for this location but keep in mind you are paying a fair price for this location. It is an older property but management is kind and willing to accommodate in any manner possible. The bed is comfortable, shower has hot water and rooms have mini fridge and microwave. I have stayed her multiple times and have been treated kind, and have enjoyed the room.

For a 2 star hotel it was as expected. Pretty clean clean room but not detailed, TV had tape on it for some reason and in 5 minutes people turned purple. Didnt bother us much. Was quiet through the night and AC worked well. Plenty of towels, staff was friendly and over all was comfortable to just lay your head after a busy day out and about.

It was for a quick 2 night stay. It served our needs. Looks like hotel is renovating so going through that. I saw pets there for other rooms. Overall ok. It was clean but dated. Nothing fancy but was a convient location. Hotel staff was accomodating.

DO NOT COME HERE!! First off when I first got there and it was time to pay there credit card machine wasn’t working but was acting like I didn’t have the funds to pay after my second card and even ask “are you sure you have money?” Like really? I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t. That’s the first red flag. The room smelt horrible and not just that we were greeted by a house roach on the microwave and a dead water bug in bathroom. Horrible place!

The reviews do NOT match the property. there was left over gum on the side of the nightstand, pool and jacuzzi were dirty and slimy, elevator did not work and my sister had to walk 2 flights and shes handicapped, breakfast was toast, muffins and cereal. I booked because of proximity to river road floating but could have stayed in something way better for the price. they should charge $50 a night.

We arrived and the lobby was very clean and beautiful. The check in was without any difficulty. Our room was handicap accessible was very spacious. The shower worked fine but is in need of replacement. I think it recently changed owners. I would stay again.

This property need some serious updating. The main AC was out so they fans everywhere. The room AC could not fully cool down the room. The pool was green, fitness center was under maintenance, the elevator was down, and the breakfast was a joke.
We left a day early and just drove home instead of enjoying the area. We booked a room for 5, I assumed we would have a couch or something for the 5th but we did not and I was told it was extra to get a roll away bed or one person would have to sleep on the floor.
The beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were tiny and only 3 small pillows were provided we bed. I had yellow stains on my sheets. I highly recommend spending a little more money and staying anywhere else.

It was a weird experience. Strong bleach smell when you get into the hall ways. Beds were nice and comfortable. Room was nice and cold. Weird parts: things that had previously vroke were obviously fixed as "easy fixes". Example: shower head was severely rusted so someone out some plastic between the metals to allow it to slide up and down easier. Light above the bathroom sink was a plug-in because the original light was out. The person next to us had their door open the whole time. Breakfast consisted of three different kinds of cereals and then a loaf of bread was out with peanut butter and jelly. I guess you get what you pay for.

This hotel had mold in bleach stains. The toilet leaked water. There were roaches all over the bathroom. Mice holes on every wall withdroppings They only had throw pillows.
The curtains were hung up with zip. Ties we found somebody else's Artificial hair on the floor most of the light switches did not work. The entire facility smelled like wet dog and mold. They do not run the A. C in the common areas which intensifies the smell? Pipes were leaking in the closet. Mold, growing in the grout of the bathroom 10 out of 10 would not recommend

Honestly this wasn’t worth the price we paid. The rates they have you would think it was a full service hotel. It is not and the smell oh the smell the elevator doesn’t work. You have to take the stairs and no matter which stairway will make you nauseous. The hallway is not much better. The ACs don’t work very well Not only that I have a sneaking suspicion of mold or some other high allergen one of my friends who has bad asthma, had a hard time breathing most of the time please don’t do it. It’s not worth the money.

The room was very clean I had problems with the way the door was the door was not fully closed when you shut the door you still could see the outside and the breakfast was not a complimental breakfast they did not have any milk for the cereal did not have any coffee but the staff was very nice we were really disappointed in the condimental breakfast that's the reason why we chose that hotel

The place was nice and quiet. Clean for the most part and for the price. A few crickets and a water bug had to be squished, but again for the cheap price I really can’t complain.

Elevator out of service. Downstair bathrooms out of service. Breakfast area did not even have coffee. Gave 1 star because zero and negative stars were not an option. I reserved 4 rooms, none were ready at 3 o’clock check in time. If this place was free I would not stay here again

the rooms were hot, we both had to buy fans to cool the rooms down, did not like the fact that side doors were not kept locked, anyone could have walked into the hallways keeping it not safe.

I paid for a room that accommodates 5. It says 2 queen and a pullout sofa bed. She keep asking how many guess, I told here it shouldn't matter, all I want is the room I paid for. She goes on to say If I have more than 3 guess I would have to pay more because the room is is set by how many are staying. I told her that is not how it works and I need the room I paid for and that is a room for 5 guess. She did not give me the room I paid for so my boys had to sleep in the same bed which they hate. I am so upset. She sole from us.

On the plus side the room itself was.... mostly ok. The lamp barely worked and the place to hang clothes was falling off the wall.... However, the beds were soft and the a/c was cold, there was Netflix and wifi. The property overall was in bad bad shape. The elevators did not work, the lobby bathrooms did not work. The lobby was really hot but they did have fans going. I didn't try the breakfast offered because the common areas of the hotel smelled of mildew and gasoline.....strange. The pool itself was okay, their was a light exposed by the edge of the pool which was likely a hazard but we swam regardless. The staff was kind. The lady that checked us in was kind. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was pretty dirty and/or broken. Elevator didn’t work, dryer was broken, toilet seat was coming off the toilet, the water pressure was terrible, door was difficult to use / unlock, breakfast options were few. The room wasn’t very clean either. However, the AC worked well and the people running the place were nice enough. I definitely wouldn’t come back!
