Worst property I have ever stayed in the United States. Upon exiting the elevator there was a smell of soiled diapers which did not ever disappeared. Hall walls were without paint and hall floors were deplorable.

All the hotel was dirty, the hall ways were ugly the carpet was all mest up . The bathroom looked like it wasnt clean. There was a leak from the other floor and mest up the hole wall

The place looked dirty and old as soon as you walked in, the room was no different. The carpet was disgusting, the bathroom had lifted tile, mold, and even the ceilings had stains.

Run down basic motel. Check in staff were nice. No breakfast left at 830am. Disappointing for the price

Dirty carpets, dirty bathroom, stained towels, front desk not friendly, outside had trash all over and atound the building. There was throw up in the drive way at entrance. No one cleaned it up, even after an hour after I told front desk kid

The hotel is so dirty. Service is so bad. The room wasn't bad, but the hallways, the elevator, the other facility are so dirty and during 3 nights stay never see anyone cleaning.

the carpets are 80 years old and very dity and stinky. The room was stinky. Breakfast is a joke.

This place is an absolute dump. Druggies and hookers all around. Trash in the halls and elevator, rooms not properly cleaned, dogs barking all night inside.

I don't ever leave reviews, but this time I really needed to. First when we got to the hotel the lady at the front desk was polite and great. The 1st room she gave us was terrible. We walked in and there was trash on the beds and a used masked . The elevator was nasty, smelled like urine and had spit sunflowers on the floor. (They were stoll there when we checked out) When we got to our floor, we could understand there was some construction going on but the floor looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while. The lady had gotten 3 more keys to check 3 different rooms before we got ours. This last room was the cleanest but still not la Quinta standards. There was hair in the sink and in the shower and on the walls of the shower. The floor didnt look like it also had not been vacuumed in s few days. There was a bag on the smoke detector. We had used the stairs and the fire stair waya few times and they both were very disgusting and dirty. When we got back to our room our keys didnt work and had to go back down twice before the maintenance came to see why it wouldnt open. After 30 mins of standing in the hallway we finally got in our room.We had gone down to ask for more towels and was told they would bring some up but they never did. I was told they lost the key to get in the linen closet. I alwaysLa Quintas when ever I go out of town. This one is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. La Quinta has never let me down and this one makes me not want to stay at one again.

When first entering the property, I questioned if I was going to be the only one there. The place felt deserted. The website did not give warning that the hotel was under construction. The hotel changed my reservation from the construction floor to the first floor. Upon entering the room, the carpet look like it has been there for decades and had not been cleaned. The beds and sheets were clean. The shower curtain had a smell mildew. During breakfast (open XX-9am), we arrived around 8 am. The setting was very poor. There was very limited selection of breakfast items and all cold items with the exception of the waffles. There were no special dietary items such as decaf coffee. Additionally, plates or plasticware were not provided. One person had to use a napkin to eat his waffle. At this point, we are not planning to stay at this hotel again.

I like that breakfast is available again and the new management. The property could use some upgrading and brtter cleanliness

Terrible dirty carpet had stains. It was disgusting. The room smelled the fire. Spring sprinklers were rusted. It was an overall dirty experience. The elevator didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. The sheets were dirty. Restroom started leaking the toilet broke. It was just terrible.

The hallways above the first floor are disgusting. When i got to the room there were multiple amazon packages with different addresses from the surrounding area in the closet, so someone was porch pirating out of there, my 3 year old son opened the night stand drawer said "what's this daddy," and had a cirenge in his hand. There was nothing but coffee, muffins, yogurt and waffles for breakfast. The coffee looked more like weak tea. Based on the waffles i saw people make, the waffle iron doesn't work either. They had a juice dispenser that was also empty. Based on the rest of the property i really didn't want to eat there, and definitely wasn't giving my son anything. I want stay there again.

Stair case smelled, folded towels had dirty spots just not clean besides the sheets, pillows where not good either…would be the last place to go do not recommend

This property needs lots of work! The first room we stayed in none of the lights worked. The 2nd room we stayed in the tub looked terriable and the walls looked like they were almost melting off the building. It was quiet and the beds were comfortablebut the hotel needs alot of work!

If you are considering this property, take this as advise and pick some other location. It is full of homeless, it is extremely run down, it is very dirty. Once again, reconsider booking this property.

The motel is in the middle of remodeling, so construction abounds. But the service is great and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. When you get in the room, adjust the thermostat on the refrigerator because they keep it on the coldest temp. Your food will freeze.

We had to ask for a refund and move to a different hotel, the room was dirty and smelled terrible

I really felt like everything was so outdated and I understand you are working on renovating it! But the carpet from the start of the entrance to the room! It’s disgusting! I used to stay there and never have I seen it really run down!

Whole hotel was dirty buy being renovated witch is good.

Room was not cleaned, fast food garbage on the flit, hair on the shower was, makeup on the towels.

The property was not clean they had toilet fresheners in the air vents. The carpets were not only stained but lifted up. The pool water was green. There were papers with room numbers written on them.

Don't stay here its in terrible condition dirty old just bad !!!
