Customer service was great! The room itself needs to be updated. There was holes in the curtains! Towels need to be replaced, they looked like they have been washed so much to the point they don't even look white

Very average hotel - no frills - no pool. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep for the night you will be fine. Grab and go breakfast at the front desk.

I like that they have smoking rooms but they could do more like wash the curtains I burned candles and incense to help smoke smell worked for while I was there

Average facility. I had been told they had breakfast. I wouldn't call it breakfast. Snack? Perhaps. It certainly was not breakfast.

didn't like the front office stating pay deposit which I had reserve there and did not stayed there at all stayed at friend place --- want my $65 dollars refund to my account

Smelled like cig smoke and no elevator. The front desk workers were very nice tho. SO/SO on the cleanliness. There were ashes in the window upon arrival which we inform the desk about. So some reason they still took my deposit

Well...the hotel couldn't locate my reservation made through Hotels.com, so I had to make a reservation on the fly when I arrived at the property. Fortunately, they gave me a rate that was close to what I selected via Hotels.com. Not sure what happened, but was glad to have a place for myself and my sons to sleep being over 6 hours from home and going to a Cardinals game the next day.

Just a clean, simple, no frills, affordable hotel with good beds and pillows. Friendly staff

Things didn't go as good as other Super 8 stays. My prepayment apparently didn't go through PayPal which I am yet to check. The first room had not been serviced, so had to wait to the end of the que again to advise the receptionist. This all took a while to get a new room which was showing its age.

It was okay needs updated.

Easy access to the Speedway

So our stay was… interesting. When we first checked in we looked around the room and noticed that the ‘upgrades’ weren’t really upgrades. The flooring was put in a sloppy manner, the tv was tiny, and the bedding looked very old and worn. Went into the bathroom and couldn’t get out (without help) as the doorknob all but fell off. When i got out of the bathroom I went to the desk to let them know that the doorknob was loose and that it needed to be addressed. The check in guy came to the room and saw that the knob was missing a screw, brought another one, but that didn’t really help. The handle was still loose. We continued to use the bathroom during our stay… but would have to knock on the inside of the door to be let out because the door would stick shut and pulling on the knob is what caused the problem in the first place. Each day we went to their kitchen to look for their breakfast as advertised… nothing. After looking at the hotel online it said something like a beverage and an item. Coffee and juice are available, but nothing else. So if you’re looking for a stay with an actual breakfast- this is not the place. Not the best, not the middle, I’d say top of the worst.

Staff was great. Only issue is cleaning the room only when asked. I think should be cleaned weekly. Otherwise. I would stay there again

It was a nice stay quiet and clean

The staff were friendly, professional, and kind. They got us extra blankets and the like as requested. Breakfast was only granola bars that are hard to chew and nearly rotten fruit. Our room's toilet could not flush feces. Only urine. Even after calling maintenance in no fecal matter could be flushed. We were warned not to "poo" because it would back the toilet up.We were informed the room needed a new wax ring under the toilet to flush properly. Thank God we did not need to have a bowel movement. They should have moved us rooms, but did not. By the signs outside, theft is apparently a problem in the area, but we didn't see anything. In short, staff were kind and responsive but unable to fix the major problem of nonfunctioning toilet. We were 2 adults one elementary ag echild.

I don't even know where to start...we stayed one night, went to work the next day and came back to a pile of beer cans and two strange dogs in our room. While we were gone they took all of our belonging out the room and gave it to someone else. We received no call that this was happening and only discovered the problem when a large dog almost bit my husband's hand off. When we went to the desk we found that they had taken our belongings to a storage area except, of course, the items of ours that they decided to keep for themselves, such as my white noise machine which I discovered plugged in at the front desk and our drinks from the fridge and various toiletry items. Even after getting our suitcase back we were still missing numerous items such as the pillow I just purchased, our Roku box, a phone charger adapter, and other toiletry items, which we never got back. All in all, I'd say we lost about $50 worth of items that were never returned. We had to go buy a ton of things to replace the stuff we lost so there's an extra expense. Apparently their system showed us in a different room than we'd been checked into so they just gave our room away. What a nightmare! The poor guy at the front desk tried to fix this situation, which wasn't his fault, but it was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The room was old and dirty, ashtrays not emptied when we got there, all in all just a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!

Customer service was great, nice cozy room.

Room is dirty. Found hair all over the restroom and in the folded towels. Mold was coming out of the sink after I let the water run for a bit. By the way the water pressure is terrible! The soaps in the bathroom are used. It looks like they just refill the same bottle over and over.

Overall, my stay was OK. The hall outside of my room had a very unpleasant odor...not sure what it was. The area on the ceiling above the shower head had a lot of mildew. But the bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient and easy to find.

Everyone was so nice and friendly and very patient with me when I couldnt get logged onto their wifi which was my fault. They are so kind
